I had an appointment today at [5:00pm], which I booked in advance. When I arrived, the staff was still occupied with other clients and completely unprepared for my session. What was even more disappointing is that no one acknowledged the delay or made any effort to explain or apologize.
It felt like my time wasn’t valued, and the lack of professionalism and care was unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your scheduling and customer service.

This is my go to nail salon in the mira mesa area. They always honor your appointment time and never make you wait like other places do. The pedicures are amazing here- especially the hotstone treatment, foot mask and the massages. A bit on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion

First time here, and first time trying a new nail salon after 3 years. The service was great. The woman working on my nails was kind and very gentle. The nails turned out beautiful! Would come again! :)

I love love love coming here. The attention to detail and quality is why I keep coming back. Also they add lime and sometimes a special soap paper to your pedicure it's so cute. I always tip 20% as gratitude :)

I was picking up my dry cleaning and this saloon was next door. Went in on a whim and wow am I glad. I had a wonderful pedicure. They spent a lot of time getting the rough edges off my feet (lots of scrubbing) and the massage was great. It is comparable (even a bit cheaper) to where I used to go that is further away and not as nice. I'll be back!! The staff was so very friendly!

Loveeee how long they've lasted! Got these to go to Miami on 1/26 & didn't break a singleee one in Miami! here they are 3 weeks later!! Still in tact. No lifting & none of the stickers have fallen off. I still get so many compliments on my nails!!

Nails were .just done 10 days ago, and it's badly chipped! They started to chip on day 6. These are gel. What the heck happened? Don't waste your time here like I did! I waited 30 mins to be attended to only to spend a bunch of money and not even have this last line than 1 week.

I love this nail salon! Everyone working here is super meticulous and kind. I’ve gotten two beautiful chrome dip manicures at this place so far, and will keep coming every 3 weeks. They even offer you a soda or water during your pedicure - those kinds of small details set them apart!
