They were very kind to accept me as a walk-in for a pedicure that I badly needed. I got the deluxe package which was very affordable, and the experience was superb. I would recommend this place very highly if you are in the San Diego area, especially if you are downtown.
Cleanliness: The spa is small and cozy, but it was impeccably neat and hygienic.

While I was getting my nails done, one of them broke. It took only an hour to remove the broken nail and change to a new color. I was amazed, and I couldn't help but be impressed by Katti's skills. The next time I visit San Diego, I will definitely come back here.
Requested style: Katti provided me with perfect care, meeting all my requirements. She checked the shape that matched the length of my nails and confirmed the color I wanted.
Specialties: I checked the ratings of all the places from Little Italy to Broadway in San Diego, and it's hard to find a place that provides such excellent service as here.
Cleanliness: It was very clean, and she did a perfect job of tidying up afterwards.

Got the "refresher" pedicure with gel, and the massage was incredible. The technician took her time and the massage felt longer and more relaxing than any that I've gotten elsewhere in downtown. Also noticed they have good standards for cleanliness during and after clients leave. Def will be getting my pedicures here from now on and highly recommend!

Always have time to fit me in, reasonable prices and they do a great job! I come every 3 weeks for a fill and every 2 months for a gel pedicure. Great service, they always help me find the colors I want.

I got a gel manicure and it was $35 as of 6/11/24. The BEST deal ever. I’ve never seen a place have such low prices and but also good reviews, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Minh was great! She was so gentle when cutting my cuticles (at other places I usually get nipped at least once or twice) and actually took her time shaping my nails, comparing them to make sure they matched. I’ve never had a nail tech do that before! She seemed like she actually cared to make my nails look and feel great. I appreciated all the steps that were taken during the whole process. Definitely will be coming back!!!

I am blown away by the amount of 5 star reviews on here. I’ll start off with that I made an appointment to get full mani/pedis with my wife. The got to me right away and made my wife wait 30mins to start and were short and snippy with her. She chose a color from the selection THEY told us to choose from and then eye rolled and said we can’t have those colors because they’re gel. Then they did such a terrible job that we had to take off the polish when we got home and our cuticles were ripped and the whole experience was stressful. Idk if it’s because she’s visibly darker then me or we’re queer but I will never come back here.

Called and they were able to give my husband and I same day pedicures. Great! Showed up and they sat us promptly. Massage chairs were strong with many options. The ultimate pedicure lasted for 1 hour, for $50! What?! I messed up the polish on my big toe putting on my sandal, went back and they kindly fixed it, refusing my 2nd tip. Just wow, we will be back.

Went in by appointment I made the day before and was greeted promptly and with kindness. I had two technicians take great care of me, one for pedi and one for dip manicure on my natural long nails. The technician who applied my dip powder had a tip applied on my left index finger that was chipped prior to arriving and made the shape pointy (but not too pointy) and did not leave the dip bubbly (thick) looking. The technician who did my pedicure was very courteous and did a great job and left my feet looking brand new with a great brief massage and hot towel, which was very nice. I am very content with the outcome for both services and will be returning

Excellent service! I was able to make a same day appointment for the services I needed easily. It was my fist time visiting Nail Care & Spa, the staff were friendly and flexible when I called to let them know I was running late to my appointment due to parking (since the salon is located downtown and my appointment was on a busy Saturday) Both of the nail techs that worked with me were attentive to all the little details (that matter the most to us customers), clean application, appropriate nail care prep, all the above! My nails were done nearly 3 weeks now and I haven’t had any lifting, chipping, or other issues. My pedicure was fabulous and I appreciated how promptly the staff cleaned not only the foot bath but the complete chair after a client left. The price for everything was lower than I expected for the quality of service and I was thrilled to tip a little extra than I had planned.
Overall it was a treat to find this place, and I will be going back!
