Even though this nail salon is very far from me, I used to love coming here. Today I had the most awful time because they were extremely rude to my daughter and to me. When I paid with credit card, they said they only accepted Zelle and cash for the tip, which I didn't have. And they got mad when I said I would be back after I got some cash for the tip and they proceeded to ignore me while I waited for my daughter to finish. They did a terrible job on both of our nails. Never coming back.

I really wanted to like this place because is next to my house and it’d make it so easy for me so I gave it a chance twice but sadly it was just not a good experience for me. I did gel and in two days it would be scraping already, didn’t feel like they actually clean my nails right and it just d feels like a rush so they can get more people and it sadly wasn’t a good experience for me.

I’ve gone here three times now - But only because it’s in a convenient location. As of today, I’ve had enough. I will not spend my money at a business like this.
The service at Nails 2000 UTC is consistently poor and feels discriminatory towards anyone who isn’t Asian. There’s a real “us vs them” vibe present - very off-putting. The workers appear miserable, as if slaves in a sweat shop…. It’s disturbing.
I have always been friendly and polite towards all the employees, greeting them with kindness, but the staff is joyless and a completely unengaging - They wont even look you in the eye. The pain and rage is palpable. The job they do is perfunctory - nothing special.
I have never felt good after going here - quite the opposite. I feel as though the toxic energy of the environment has polluted me.
No more, I’m done.

I've been here a few times now and really enjoy the service! I've made appointments and come in and enjoy quick and high quality service. The workers here are very friendly and nice. I love getting pampered here and will continue coming here for my gel pedicures. Overall, this place is relaxing and a good place to get pampered. Parking is easy, there's always spots available.

Pretty standard salon but they do a goid job on mens and women's nails. I take my granddaughter and we get matching mani-pedis.

Meh pedicure and I won't return. The salon was highly recommended by a friend and I booked an appointment for the Royal package pedicure. I don't wear polish on my toes and anticipated having the time spent on massage and my nails. No such luck! in addition, the technician missed areas and I needed to finish clipping/cutting the nails and applying Neosporin - just in case.

I had Mindy for a manicure and Misa for a pedicure. They are both very effective, detailed, and friendly. I really like how they shaped my nails and cleaned my cuticle without causing any pain. I showed Mindy the reference picture and it is 90% similar. Misa also helped me fix my toenail after my session because I ruined it while walking home. The staff there seem nice but maybe a little dismissive while they're busy.

I've been a loyal customer of this place for over three years now, and I'm continually impressed by the efficiency of their technicians. No matter how busy they are, they always manage to accommodate you. It's incredible to see them seamlessly move from one client to the next without compromising the quality of their work.
I'm currently giving my nails a break from gel treatments after years of continuous upkeep. Today, I indulged in a deluxe pedicure, trusting the skilled hands of the best, Sofia.
Their selection of colors is extensive, which can make choosing one a delightful challenge. But what truly sets this place apart is the camaraderie among the staff. You can feel the positive energy as they share laughs and inside jokes, creating a contagious vibe that adds to the overall experience. It's these little touches that keep me coming back time and time again

Called the day of and was able to get in right away. I got French pedicure. The pedicurist was very attentive and my French nails looked great. Being that it's at La Jolla, it's pretty affordable too. Will come again.

I got a basic gel manicure, and the same day it was chipped! I called them and they told me to go in and will fix it for me ! It's has been only 4 days , and it chipped again! I never had a gel coming off and being chipped this fast! I would never go back! Very disappointed ...

I usually love this place but I just got a manicure and the manicurist did a lame job, my nails look exactly like they did when I arrived-she barely filed them and the polish is rough. I had to ask for her to clean them. The pedicure was great though.
