The people that work here will get all your information including you social security #, sign things under your name without your consent to activate a free phone. Activate a phone under your name and then tell you that you did not qualify for the program when you actually did so they can sell the active device that they activated under your name using your private information to some random guy on the street for their own greed. They sell them for $200 up to $500 due to unlimited data and service for a whole year. A guy did this with his supervisor next to him, and she did not even bothered. I forgot her name but she looked pretty inocent, her name starded with a D, I belive. She clearly knew what was going on. Shame on this company.

Great customer service, my cellphone line works perfectly in the U.S and in Mexico for only $25 and I didn't have to get in to a contract. I brought my own phone also.

Terrible attitude and service from a guy named ernesto. He feels he's a hot shot and defies customers with a "nothing can't be done even if you were told otherwise at 611 customer service and your stupid" and even keeps the "what age you gonna do about it?" look. Made me want to punch him in the face. I said "that's what I was told at customer service" and he responds "I don't know who you talked to but can't be done. Call them again!"

The worst kind of experience I would wish to someone. When I came in to replace the screen protector on my newly purchased phone I was denied as I didn't had the old protector with me. Upon giving me the runaround of the manager not been there 2 today I called tmobile directly. Not only I was told by a tmobile representative that that was wrong, but that they will follow up as this malitious activity was reported previously. I visited another branch in my area and they checked my ID had my screen protector replaced without any out of pocket expenses as I was covered, but was told to be aware. I'm a very satisfied tmobile customer, but not satisfied with the experience at this branch and hope something is done to correct this issue and preventing from happening again. Update: I sought for the manager, but was given the runaround 3 times. First I was told that he stepped out for 15 minutes and needed to wait. Second time I asked for the manager and was yet again told that the policy included that i needed the previous screen protector in order to get a replacement and that the manager would tell me the same thing. That was yet, another excuse to not have the manager see me. I came back again, once I was told by a tmobile rep @611 that that's not true. I came back to the store to see the manager and this time I was told that he stepped out for 45 minutes and i reffered the info at that time to the representative as he was hearing me and waiting on the line. I was told to visit another closest store and I did which solved my problems within 15 minutes of entering the store. I really hope this doesn't happen again to anyone
