Absolutely enjoyed my experience here. I am not an experienced runner and approaching my first half marathon with complete ignorance. I came here to get running shoes and they really went above and beyond my expectations. It is very clear that they are passionate about what they are doing and not just trying to meet a sales goal. I tried on three different pairs of shoes, ran around the lot in them, and left feeling a little bit more confident about this marathon I'm doing! I highly recommend you come here to buy any running shoes or gear, the staff is oh so friendly and very knowledgable.

Loved this business. Great people. Outstanding customer service. I purchased all of my running shoes from them. Then things changed. The company was sold. It lost its personality. Now closed. Very sad.

I ordered a pair of shoes 7/27. Today is 8/6, the shoes are nowhere to be found. I called today to check the order, I was told that someone would call me back, no call back. I call again later, and they told me the shoes weren't even ordered until 8/2 which is six days after I placed the order in the store. They also told me today that there is no tracking number, so they don't even know if they're coming. What ?! This seems ridiculous. Here I am 10 days later with no running shoes when I could have just ordered them online and had them in 2 days. All because I was trying to support a local business. Poor, poor customer service.

It doesn't get any better than this place! The owner took the time to place my son in the proper footwear for track and field. It was an extremely satisfying experience to have such a wonderful personal one-on-one shopping opportunity. Thank you again! We feel blessed to have found such a great place for shoe selection. Had a great experience. Happened to be eating at a restaurant in the same shopping center and was planning to go visit that other big running store later that day. I popped in to Movin Shoes and was quickly helped by a couple lovely ladies. I found my most comfortable pair of shoes ever. I am a walker and appreciated the time they took to help me find a shoe that is right for my activity and foot. I will be back in a few hundred miles or so when I need a replacement.

Needed shoes for the 5k run for the next morning. They opened right at 10am on Friday. Mick was great to help me find my shoe! Felt a big difference when I ran the 5k!

My daughter and I went into this store about 4 months ago, we each purchased a pair of shoes, mine mostly for walking the beach and my daughter for working out and walking. Both pair cost over $130. After two months, my daughter's shoes began to fall apart, unravel, looked awful. My shoes were very uncomfortable, gave me a blister and hurt my big toe in both shoes. This was all after the guy fitted us and said we were good. Very disappointed, poor quality for high price. Won't ever go there again. Note: we did not wear these shoes every day so the wearing out was just ridiculous. Beware.
