I'm feeling generous. Really? Three stars. There's basically hardly anything in this place. It's weird. Is it a front? No. I seriously doubt it. Because--and here's why I am sticking w four stars--they participate in this program partnership where whatever fresh fruits and veggies you buy with your ebt card, you get them right back on your card--so essentially you are getting fresh fruits & Vega for free!

I will literally drive an extra 45 minutes to come to this location. The staff is all very sweet and accommodating. The atmosphere is very relaxed, As soon as you come in they greet you with a smile and a welcome. They have more than 2 stations so their service is quick and efficient. They have a nice selection of fruits and vegetables. The parking lot is a nice size so that's a plus!

I recently re-appliedfor WIC and decided to go redeem here for faster and convenient BUT when I entered one of the girls was rude. I still didn’t had a pin on my card, & she said “you don’t have a pin yet call and set one up” she said it in a rude, annoyed tone and walked away. I told by baby, come we going to food 4 less and she said mumbled you still need a pin. She seemed mad about something, I don’t know her name they don’t wear name tags, she has a big mole around her lip area. I worked for Mother’s years ago & when I was an employee, it was ALL about kindness, customer service and happiness something that it seems they don’t have anymore. I be redeeming somewhere else

Staff was very friendly upon entrance. Felt comfortable because the entire process was less stressful than going to a big grocery store. I particularly go to this store and not the City Heights one (which is closer to my home) because of Cynthia, she's always friendly, resourceful and professional. I like how the staff helps you out to your car if you have a lot of groceries, this makes shopping with kiddos more convenient.

The best customer service, I come in with my mom and everyone is very helpful. I interact with every employee in the store as for everyone assists me with a great attitude ! Extra brownie points for Alberto with the green eyes who helps my mom all the way to the car to load out groceries every time :)

Loving coming to this location. Everyone is so sweet. Y we Gordito with the green eyes always helps carry out my bags or gets my order started while his coworkers finishing up another order. He definitely needs to be promoted.

Cashier lady was giving me attitude for no reason. I'm not the type of person to give attitude back so I didn't. I know people may have there bad days, but I did nothing to her. Tripped over 25 cents that I didn't have on me. I told her to take out the fruit and not charge me for it. She said nah it's going to come out of me. I went to the car and gave the other lady that helped me with the groceries the 25 cents that she tripped about. I usually don't give reviews, but giving me attitude when I know I did nothing bothered me.

This is my fave location to come to! Parking can be tough though. The fruits are always so sweet, but not overly sweet. The fruits& veggies here seem to last me a decent amount of time. Secret tip, you can get gallon milk in 2 half gallons instead if you're like my kids who don't ever finish a whole gallon before it expires!
