Bailey was great help choosing a car and I felt like I had a friend that I could reach out to at any time through the process. He was always around when he said he would be and was quick to respond to my text messages to answer any questions. I needed some work done on the car after purchasing and they took care of everything they said they would.

I’m really sorry to write unpleasant experience with this dealer today and I’m still not believing that a dealer sending fake Quotation and asking customers to come for purchasing a car and confirming availability but than when you get here they says sorry the car is not available our sending email and texting was completely doesn’t make sense.
In addition making appointment for test drive at 10:00am but when the customer get to the dealership from long distance LA and waste a day to make deal that has been done almost 90% online than the dealership says sorry that the car is not available so put yourself instead of me and think if it happens with you then what will you do?
I’m sorry to say that but unfortunately I realized miss management and unqualified people leading this dealership which is not aware of his dealership stocking and what’s going on there .
Regarding this situation I’m not just writing this review and attaching evidences and supporting documents from dealer, I will share my unpleasant experience with BBB ,other organizations and Toyota customers feedback review as well as dealership google reviews.
Hope my feedback brings different perspectives on dealership for customers and management.
Not appreciated at all and never recommend anyone to come here or deal with it.

Had a great experience in Toyota Mossy! Sergio Palomo is very helpful, friendly and approachable, he provided us all the details we need to know about the vehicle and given us options. At the end of the day we got the vehicle that we really want! So shout out to Sergio! Great dude surely recommend

I think this place is great. The service department are very honest, quick, and friendly. Javier helped me out and was excellent.
Also a special shout out to Javier; as I was there waiting he went the extra mile to help an elderly customer to their car, assist them getting in, and ensuring everything was good before he left. Awesome service.

I got my car serviced here because my splash shield(?) underneath the car was falling off. They took the cover off and told me it was safe to drive for a couple days until they got the parts in but I didn’t even drive 1 mile away when the skid plate started scraping along the road. They had forgotten to put the screws back in. I didn’t know what was wrong so I had to call roadside service and wait an hour and a half for them to come figure out the issue. It worked out for me and they gave me a free car wash. But just be careful

Just leased a Toyota Tacoma and it was a great experience which is not always expected when going to a dealership new to you. The staff was great in particular Danny, Derek, Emilio and Robin! Great job team. Keep up the great work.

Eric in sales was excellent, Tom in finance was super, and everyone there was courteous and helpful. The dealership was clean, well maintained and a pleasant environment. I appreciated the wonderful service I received and would recommend them to anyone else interested in a Toyota.

I was called at least 3 times a week for about a month to ask if I was interested in a car. I had them run my credit after feeling pressured. When I said I do not have a down payment I was ghosted! Yes ghosted by a car dealer! LOL They could have just told me that I needed a down payment.

We were at Mossy Toyota today for a couple hours waiting for service on our vehicle and had such amazing care and attention from Denice Fox! She made sure we were comfortable and had water, coffee or snacks. She is kind and thoughtful and made our time enjoyable, and really made our day! Thank you Denice!

Horrible customer service! Ordering a part took several attempts with multiple people. Eventually a part was ordered and I had to wait 6 weeks (or ‘run’ up to Toyota in Anaheim and get it myself). I finally got the part and guess what…it was the wrong part. I tried to exchange it but they told me it was too late. They did however offer to order me another one…and I’m sure it would have the same incompetent result.
I love my Toyota and HATE this place.
Buyer beware!
