I cannot recommend this place enough for their service department, most notably for the service my vehicle receives from T.K.!! Every single time I bring my ride in, he is so awesome. Very knowledgeable and I am in and out as promised.
It's easy to make an appointment and the time he quotes is always on point, if not sooner. My time is precious so I appreciate the efficiency of the service team here at Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa. I got my vehicle while living in Hawaii, but when I moved back to the San Diego area, I hit a gold mine when I went to get my first service done here. I always make my appointments with T.K. and you should, too! Trust me when I say he will take good care of you and your ride. I highly recommend you book your vehicle's next appointment with T.K.!!

Took my 2012 Nissan Versa in for an oil change. The car only has 4,800 original miles. The automotive equivalent of the Hope Diamond. Stupid me, I had a 19.99 coupon. Should have done the job myself. When I came home I noticed the windshield, which was brand new factory original when I dropped the car off, was cracked - right down by the wipers, which is where they always place their wooden clipboard with the work order. So I immediately took the car back to the dealership and I guess I was pretty lucky because they offered to pay for the labor, but it still ended up costing me 330.00 for the glass.
Good thing the car didn't fall off the lift because the the car only has 4,800 original miles and that car is impossible to replace. Why did I trust them? Stupid me - I blame myself. Yes, they were responsible for the damage, but I should never, never have let that car out of my sight. You don't just hand the keys to a car like that to a stranger and hope for the best. You stay with the car and never let it out of your sight. That was complete ignorance on my part. But if you want to trust your car to them, be my guest. It might turn out better. But then again...... Then again..... Then again.....
Oh wait! It gets even better! I just looked at my receipt from the dealership. They used 0W 20 oil in my 2012 versa. It says right on the oil cap AND the book calls for 5W 30 for all 2012 versa engines. Thanks guys! So, what are my options? I could take it back to them and have my new windshield broken again, but I think I'll pass on that. That being said, tomorrow I get to crawl underneath the car and drain out all the oil and replace it with 5W 30. Now I'm wondering how many other cars they did this to... Yikes!

The car they sold me had a serious problem under warranty at 33000 miles. They refused me a loaner or rental reimbursement. I have never heard of customers being treated in this way. I usually drive HONDA or ACURA, so I'm not used to what happens when your car has major problems. I had to fight with people in India on the phone to get to someone in the US who could help me, wasting hours of my life. Finally, they made me submit my Uber receipts and a letter, then they said they would "consider" reimbursing me. They did eventually send me a check for the full amount.
Their service department, especially Brian, is pretty good. The salesman lied to me about everything, but I suppose that's to be expected when you are buying a car.

I always bring my Rogue to TK for regularly scheduled service. I have never had any mechanical issues with my Rogue now for 6 years. Thanks to TK's attentiveness and excellent customer service skills, my vehicle is still going strong. I recommend Mossy Nissan's Clairemont service department for all of your vehicle maintenance needs.

I’ve been to this location for many years. My go to person is TK, I trust that he will take care of my car like his own. Always goes over everything in detail making sure I understand what my car needs, respectful and professional, TK makes me feel like family and I know I’m taken care of here. I highly recommend Gabriel Bello in the service department. Been taking my 2015 Rogue to Gabriel for many years now and he's always been super professional and never any pressure on extra services I don't need.
