My service advisor TK, has been taking care of my car since 2016. He knows keeping my family safe is my #1 priority and makes sure my car is always maintained well. His customer service goes above and beyond because he knows that I have other demands in life and does everything he can to save me time and money. I’ve could go to other mossy Nissan locations that are closer to where I live, but I go here because I have an advisor I trust that ensures my vehicle gets the best service. Thanks TK!!

My service representative Hung was excellent, this is the second time I came back for my 2023 Altima with 10,000 miles scheduled maintenance. He arranged for my courtesy ride which was very nice of him and the service was quick. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality customer service.

Went to dealership to look at the Nissan Rogue. I meet a salesperson Tony. He was very nice, very polite, and really knowledgeable about the car I was looking into. Not pushy, and answered all the questions I had. Even if I had already asked and wanted to make sure. Very patient. Ended up buying the vehicle.

When a service engine light comes on, you never think it will be a good experience. Well, Brian and his team in the service department did everything they could to make that not the case. We’re traveling and were on a tight time frame to gent our truck serviced before we had to leave. Not only were they able to get the truck taken care of ahead of schedule but they also provided a rental car so our travels wouldn’t be interrupted. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and service we received and would recommend Mossy Kearny Mesa to anyone. ?

Hung was very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t try to pressure me into unwanted services and such. He arranged for a Ride Share and his communication was greatly appreciated. My phone wouldn’t accept a call from the Service Center, so he emailed me right away.Brakes work great!

Today, I came into the dealership on my lunchbreak. I met Edgar while looking at new cars. I told him I was interested in a used car. I test drove a previously owned Honda CRV... loved it. He asked good questions and NOT PUSHY. I asked him to facilitate financing and I would return after work. After my return, I ran into a snag which could have derailed the purchase. Edgar introduced me to Robert. Robert managed to resolve the issue.Edgar next introduced me to the finance manager, Abe. Abe suggested options, I had no idea existed. I am so happy. my interest rate is 6.99% for a used car! I do not need to pay my first payment for three months! This will give me time to update the condition of my other car for my daughter. What a great group of guys. My best auto purchase ever. Thank you.

I went in for an oil change and recalls for my car and had a wonderful experience. Don and Gabriel were extremely attentive to my vehicle and helping me understand what was needed for my car. The turn around time was quicker than expected and my car is in perfect condition for the road trip I have planned.

Just bought a 2019 370z from Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa, with Larry Hernandez as my sales specialist. By far the best customer service I have experienced! Buying cars is an intimidating process, but Larry and his team made it exciting and easy. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and eager to make something work for you. I really enjoyed the entire experience thanks to Larry being just as excited and invested in this purchase as I was! Will 100% be a returning customer for both Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa and Larry!

I had a great experience at Mossy Nissan. My sales specialist, Peter Fletcher, was amazing. He was really great to work with, not just with getting me in my new Ariya, but also assisting when I had a flat tire. It was his day off when I called, yet he still answered his phone and proceeded to go above and beyond in making sure my tire was taken care of ASAP. Dustin in the service department is also awesome! He was a lifesaver in getting my tire changed and vehicle back to me in time for a planned trip. Overall, the customer service has been amazing. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Peter if you’re in the market for a new car!

Micheal was very informative and friendly when he approached my mom and I. I was looking for a new car and left with one that same day. It was a long process but Micheal made sure we were checking everything off since this was my first car purchase; making it's a smooth process and comfortable. My service representative, Hung, was amazing! I had to go out of town and pick up the car when I returned, and he was so kind and understanding about it. He cleaned my car, checked and started it several times to make sure the repair was right, and he didn't judge me for having an old beat up Nissan. I really appreciated everything he did, and I would not hesitate to return for additional service. I also felt that Mossy was very honest, trustworthy, and transparent during the repair process. Thank you!

In a country where there are so many options from so many different car companies, there needs to be something, or someone, who makes a company stand out from the rest.I've been going to Mossy's Kearny Mesa location to service my last three vehicles, and TK is the reason why. He explains things well and helps me understand what's best for my Rogue. I own my own business and am on the road all day, every day. I have to be able to trust that my Rogue will get me around town safely!I recently needed new tires and everyone was telling me to go to Costco. I told that to TK and he helped me research the different brands from various vendors and the prices... I found out that Nissan had the best deal for the tires I needed.Great customer service is what keeps me coming back to TK!
