Great Rental Experience! The Mission Van Rental staff were very responsive in the lead up to our trip. We had to make several changes to our reservation and they took care of every detail. We took 25 people to Baja, Mexico and rented two 15 passenger vans. Not many rental companies permitted us to take vans to Mexico but these guys did. The staff dropped the vans off for us near the airpot and made the handover very easy. The vans were a little older than I anticipated but they worked great. We used the vans for 1 week in Mexico and had no problems. The return was easy as we left them parked in a lot at the airport, it couldn't have been more convenient. I would definitely rent from these guys again. Highly recommended

We rented 2 passenger vans for a mission trip with 23 people to Baja, Mexico. The Mission Van Rental team was incredibly knowledgable and responsive leading up to our trip, we had to make several changes to our reservation but they were on top of every detail. The vans worked great and the drop-off was the most convenient rental car drop off I've ever had. The Mission Van Rental team was great and they come highly recommended!

Will book with them again, for sure! Outstanding customer service and reliable vans. I needed a van for a day trip with some friends. All my questions were answered promptly either by phone or email. As soon as you have the reservation they offer 24/7 phone support. I really appreciated that if anything happens you can call but of course all worked out great. They even offer delivery and pick up services. Overall a great experience!

Our family joined other members of my extended family for a visit in San Diego last week. We decided renting a 12-passenger van would be much easier than trying to navigate the city in multiple vehicles. We found Mission Rent-a-van online and really loved the drop-off and pick-up service! The van they provided was a little beat up, but the engine ran and it got us where we were going. The huge problem was that the air conditioning and defrost DIDN'T work for the front zone. Typically in moderate San Diego, that might not be a problem, but we were there in time for a huge rainstorm. We drove 30 minutes in rain with a windshield that was totally fogged over. My dad had to use a rag to try to wipe the windshield while driving on the interstate in terrible weather. It was dangerous and stressful. I leave a review only because of how unsafe this issue was for 11 people in a huge van. I don't feel that delivering a rental vehicle without functioning AC and defrost is acceptable.
