We came here multiple times to look at a ELR they had on the lot. We had the pleasure of working with Jacob "Jake". He was so attentive and energetic. He went above and beyond his duties. Purchasing a vehicle is not a fast process, it's an ordeal and long process. We had 4 kids with us that day and they got thirsty and asked for water. Jake offered to get them water, what we didn't know is there wasn't any at the dealership. He ran across the street to the gas station and purchased water bottles for the kids. That wasn't all, when we had to sign papers with finance he was outside watching the kids for us. By the time we got done it was late and there was no one available to detail the car for us. Jake went and got some cleaning supplies and cleaned the inside for us and offered us a carwash for a later date. Not only did he work with us on the purchase of a vehicle, he was attentive with our kids. That type of service is hard to come by.

Very professional and responsive. I drove from LA because they had what I wanted at a competitive price. Salesman Matt was considerate and answered all questions promptly and completely. Whole experience was a good one

Bought 2006 Sienna for my work. Vehicle was priced right. Paid and drove home. Problem developed. The boys came to the table and took care of it. I recommend them and would buy again. Peter Walker, Lake Elsinore mountains.

Gabe at Miramar Auto Sales was very helpful and literally "went the extra mile" when I bought my used Spark. He helped me get the car safely home so I could take it with me that evening. Gabe was knowledgeable about the vehicles and a great person to deal with.
