Make sure you don't go to "Ken" something is mentally wrong with him. He messed up my 25 year old daughters taxes. He told my daughter she was getting a refund, instead of her getting refunded the IRS took 1400 dollars from her acct. When I started telling him about his mess up, he started saying I was being rude. Don't be fooled by him.

Unreliable. Irresponsible. Distracted. Inattentive. Disorganized. Generally unhelpful and rude about it, to boot. Takes phone calls both personal and business during your appointment but is scrupulous about ending your appt "on time", no matter how much of your appt time he wastes on the calls. Will drop the ball at the most crucial moment no matter how long you've been a client and leave you scrambling. He doesn't care about your business at all. Run.

One of the most thorough and down to earth CPA tax man. Ken is great. He did my taxes for over 10 years. We stopped using him only because of our s corp business. Eventually we will use him again once he works with s corps as well as personal.

I had used Ken for almost 10 years. Every single time we went to him he made us feel like like we mattered, like family. He was professional and honest. The only reason we stopped going was due to a new business venture we went into and we were given an opportunity to utilize another tax service based on our business and our business model. Under no circumstances take this as reason to not see Ken, Ken is a very capable and trustworthy professional and anyone would be fortunate to use his service.

I have been going to John K. Coffin for my taxes for a few years. I wouldn't go any other place as long as he is around. He is very reliable, efficient, trust worthy and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk into his office. He has outstanding customer service skills and great workmanship. He takes his time looking over your tax forms and explaining the results you will be receiving which is wonderful. He also has general conversations with you its not all about work. I will continue to have him do my taxes as long as he is around. I have referred friends to him hoping they might go one of these years to him for their taxes.
