Really quick, excellent service. Came in for a tempered glass screen protector and had it done in minutes. Looks very good! Update: I needed a part and they had it in stock for a very good price. Definitely will be coming back for future repairs and parts.

I went to the other location for the longest time whenever I would have an issue with a repair for my phone. Now, I take pretty good care of my phones so all my repairs haven't been with my personal devices but those of my household. Without saying any names let's just say the rest of them are a bunch of butterfingered phone maimers. (Calling them names is different than saying who they are.) But in any case, Minutes Repair to the rescue! This is the new location, which it shares with another business which is a kitchen/home renovation/materials showroom kind of place. I was super confused at first walking in but trust the address and your GPS and you'll be fine. In fact, I recommend calling in ahead of time. Describe the problem, get an estimate and if you decide make a payment to get the parts on order. If you have your typical Samsung or Apple branded phone chances are these typical replacement parts are on stock but if you have another phone, then it'll have to be ordered. So are you tired of paying crazy amounts of money for your phone only to also pay crazy amounts of money to insure your phone? Well, stop buying the latest and greatest every year. You don't need it. Instead, make it last with repairs, battery replacements and a little TLC. Your digital addiction wont' know the difference but your wallet will - in a good way - and Minutes Repair can help you!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to the Mira Mesa location and order a replacement part for my phone mid-December. The employee working there told me that it would arrive in 2-3days. It took 10days for the part to arrive. There was no follow up from anyone at this location about the status of my order. I was always the one calling them to see if my replacement had arrived. I left multiple voicemails and received no call back. I even called the sister location in Kearny Mesa location to find out why I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the Mira Mesa location. I finally received a call on the 21st saying the replacement part had arrived but when I got there after work at arounx 5pm the location was closed despite their website saying they were open until 7pm. I called on the 22nd and was told by the employee on the phone that there was no one available to replace my phone part and to come back on the 26th. I call AND stop by the location on the 26th and the place is closed. I didn't get the chance to call again until today-1/11 because I was hospitalized & have been recovering. The employee on the phone then tells me that my part is no longer there and that he cannot find any record of my order. He then calls back several hours later & abruptly asks me what time I am coming into the store. He doesn't introduce himself or the company he works for. When I finally figure out that he is from Minutes Repair I have to ask him multiple times who exactly he is hoping to speak to. He never answers my question about who he is trying to speak to and insists that he called the wrong number. How did he know he called the wrong number when he didn't even ask to speak to someone specifically? Don't waste your time and effort going to this shady business.
