I wanted to give a shout out to Anthony Palomo in the service department here. This guy is the best! My wife has been a Mini owner for years and Anthony has been our go to guy any time we needed help.
I’m in the Navy and have deployed many times, leaving my wife to handle everything on her own. Inevitably, something always happens to the car whenever I leave. He’s gone above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of every time.
Can’t say enough good things about him!

I have been a customer at Mini of San Diego for at least 10 years and recently had the pleasure of upgrading my car with them.
I want to give special thanks to Anthony, Richard, Terry, Antonio, Yarimar, and Lisa, who helped to find the perfect car for me and made the process a great one. Anthony and Terry make having your car serviced an absolute breeze, and are always extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, and what is more important to me, incredibly trustworthy. They treat their customers with great care and attention, and I cannot praise Mini of San Diego enough for their excellent customer service! They will always have my custom and loyalty and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Wendy B.

Autymn Root.was Amazing!! Yesterday my key battery ran out I was in a dark garage. I didn’t know what I was gonna do. I got to talk to Autymn and she was so professional and so nice. The level of customer service she provided is unheard of these days. I’ve been in HR for 18 years and I would consider Autymn one of the golden employees you get out of every thousand employees.!
