Yesterday I went to this store to buy running shoes. I tried out at your recent event. I loved them! Unfortunately, they weren't in stock. To top it off, the girl salesperson helping me didn't seem very knowledgeable about running shoes. For a store specializing in running shoes, I expected the staff to be well-trained in recommending the right footwear.

Friendly service, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Had the Gait analysis performed on the treadmill, and I got plenty of feedback (which I now use when running) lots of shoes to try on, and recommendations from experts.
Second time there and I recommend them every time I get the chance.

One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had was stopping by Milestone today… Somebody recommended I go here if I really want quality footwear for my goals and age, and they were right! The first time was a year ago, and I returned today to replace my very worn shoes, and to get something better for my 40 year old bones (knees). JENN helped me, and she basically changed my life! She was kind, compassionate, honest, but most of all, she listened; a true professional and phenomenal service. Thanks for a great experience, I feel so much better about my next workout, and this store and staff are just above and beyond. I highly recommend!

I found Milestone running online while trying to purchase the Brooks X Damon Brown Ghost Max. Most places I called did not have my size fortunately the North Park store not only had my size but also hooked me up we a few other items I was looking for. They were knowledgeable and great to work with, they shipped my order the same day and sent a text with tracking.
Amazing customer service. Thank you!
Even my puppy loves my new Brooks.

I will have to move here so I can keep buying all my running shoes here! The experience was better than one can imagine - I thought I knew what kind of shoes I need and will buy, but I ended up getting something completely different- And I am glad I did. I learned a lot about how to make sure there’s enough space. And I loved that the nice, helpful and kind guy that helped me out, checked my running first and then suggested some other shoes. Even with high hospitality standards that I have, they outdid themselves - literally top notch service and lots of different shoes to try on. And the shoes I ended up buying are just great, I love them more and more and running in them is a pleasure!
And then they also do community runs - which I think is great!! I am joining my first one ever - and it is thanks to the friendliness of the staff at Milestone Running.
Also - extra points for handwritten names of the shoes - I love that! ??
