The ladies were very sweet and helpful however they were way too pushy to buy things which makes me not want to return. They also had no problem trying to overcharge us for a dress. It was $125 and all we wanted was the dress but they kept pushing to buy more than said the total was $250. We were confused because the dress was only $125, they went “oh” changed it and acted like nothing happened. Very unprofessional

I’m a bit shook there aren’t as many reviews present, this store deserves WAY MORE!!! Jumping right in!!!! Solange and Daniel are absolutely a perfect reflection of a sales team for a designer brand. Sol was a fantastical model as I was attempting to navigate a choice of shoe or boot. Neither were pushy, knowledgeable of the brand they represent, were professionally friendly, very precise of where sale items were, and just had a wonderful presence. And did I mention this was 30minutes before closing, and they still had energy!!!!!! Absolutely awesome placement of these two team members at this store! Store was clean, not super over run with fragrances and everything was in it's right display area. BRAVO!! First time at this mall and Sol and Daniel set the tone right at Michael Kors!! Ultimately I am a person of try on and purchase so since sizing wasn't available, I opted to purchase an ADORABLE Metallic Logo Chain Card Case and a Soft Pink Leather Coin Purse to bring in a full Soft Pink set!! Thank you!!!!!

This is the one place I always can count on to have the most helpful staff that will find you the perfect outfit everytime !! Not to mention those shoes are the most comfortable shoes ever , and there look is so classic. Its really for any occasion. some of the pieces I have had for four years !!!! and they still look perfect . Worth the money and it's nice to be in their beautiful stores always getting treated by the best people!!

Recently purchased an item from this store. The associate was helpful but I was overcharged for the item. Reached out over the phone for a correction or a solution and the manager was unhelpful, had to be asked to even apologize and was very unprofessional.
