I stopped by this location today to pick up an online order, and the entire experience was disappointing. The store is supposed to open at 10 AM, but it was still closed at that time and didn’t open until nearly 15 minutes later. When the employee finally opened the door, he didn’t apologize for the delay and acted completely indifferent, which came across as rude and unprofessional.
When I mentioned the inconvenience, the employee made it seem like I was the one causing trouble, rather than acknowledging or addressing the issue. To make matters worse, the store itself was a mess purses were scattered across the counters, and the overall environment felt cluttered and unorganized.
For the amount of money customers pay here, you’d expect better service and a cleaner, more professional setup. Instead, this felt like a low-end operation. Whoever manages this location needs to take these concerns seriously and address the poor customer service and messy presentation.

“Kim” from fashion valley is the amazing employee who helped to find my dream purse that I have looking everywhere and couldn’t find it, she made several phone calls to find it if it in my hand I’ll give her 10 stars. She greets the customers, she’s multi task who helped me and the other customers I would like to say Thank You so much for your great service..!

I give Houda a big shout out for giving excellent customer service. I walked into the Michael Kors store in Fashion Valley at about 10 minutes before closing, I brought with me an item to return that I purchased online. I have experienced that sometimes sales associates resist from being very helpful when they learn that it is a return rather than a purchase, Houda was genuinely so kind and helpful and gave me undivided attention even with other customers who were browsing in the store.

I am addicted to Michael kora for my everyday purses as well my travelling purses. Honestly this location was not that good for costumer service up until last year when they got new manager. Now the store is way better and welcoming. Love the new bags they have and holy moly the feathers shoes are my goal to get them once I get the okay from my Dr that I can wear high heels again. I think I own at least 30 bags from Michael Kors and lost count of how many shoes I have. Their clothes as well very high quality and super soft. I love that in one shop I can get a whole outfit without stressing out. I think value wise it's very good for the quality of their products. Need to get pink feather shoes and purse lol
