Years ago I decided to use a sim-card type phone, and, T-mobile was convenient. I have never once had a bad experience with anyone from T-Mobile, not once.

I went in two days back to back the girl at the time couldn't figure out what was wrong with my phone said i might have to get a new phone which I can't afford right now so i went back today in one last attempt. I was So happy to see Gabby there. She spent over than hr trying to figure out how to fix my phone in which she did. I was so grateful to her for her help. If you need anything go to this metro and ask for Gabby she has the best customer service always so nice and always willing to help with no hesitation.

Gabby was awesome in assisting me with choosing the best plan and phone. Very knowledgeable with with products in the store and very friendly too. I wouldn't go anywhere else's ??
