Store manager is a dipsh*t. I went in store to return a phone case & screen protector (didn't get asked if I wanted the protector installed). Couldn't return them because of a restocking fee (would be less than purchased). When asked where does it mention a restocking fee, the associate couldn't show me where it said that.

Wow! Ruben B. exuded super stellar customer service with the most wonderful smile and patience. He listened to my dilemma. He completely altered my attitude of anxiety on Friday and Sunday regarding the exact same situation by fixing the problem on both days. I couldn't ask for a greater service than that and highly recommend Metro to family and friends because of Ruben B.
