Went in one night to get a new sim card, the guy gave me what I found out was defective (which he knew) and also charged me for a bunk one. Had to go in the next day because my phone was of course still not working, talked to a different guy, who played around on the computer and then tried a different sim card, he said the guy last night didnt tell you yesterday that we didn't have any new sim cards. So they both knew the sim card was defective and just played like it was Apples problem, because they clearly did not want to deal with it (after being there for an hour). I asked for a manger to call me, a week later after me having to call several times, he was most unhelpful. I heard the other guy (first guy who sold me the defective sim card) talking to him in the background, trying to turn it on me. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, ENERGY AND RAGE!!! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I went to a location near Point Loma where the angel Viridiana gave me a sim card that actually WORKED) I was in and out in 5 minutes . DONT GO HERE!!!!

Don't even bother going if you don't got time to wait for people that don't bother to keep their business running. Waited 20 minutes. When the sign said back in 5 minutes.

The best store ever. The one on highland charged me 200 dollars for a phone and when I came here they charged me only 100. I returned the highland phone. They are honest and helpful

Why did i choose this company and why,I choose this phone company for a few reasons 1 being very close to my apartment2 it's a very clean store3 the Customer service is at its highest from here not only that but great intil on up and coming upgrades as well so thank you metro pcs for putting this team together and their hard work pays out
