Xiomahara was awesome!! Best customer service I've had in a long time. Had tons of questions that she quickly answered and she helped me get the best possible deal. Honestly will be going back here just so she can handle my account. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

If you’re a regular T-Mobile customer don’t come here. I had an issue with an accessory and a T-Mobile policy thinking that Metro by T-Mobile could help me out. Sipriana helped me out with my issue and directed me to a T-Mobile store that could help. Not a customer but good customer service

The male employee working at 7:20pm on 7/3/24 consistently answered and hung up the phone and even answered "who is this" one time very rudely.

Avoid at all costs. This store ported over my number on someone else’s account to a tablet without my authorization. They caused me so much headache and they were unable to help me resolve the problem that they caused. There was a line of upset people before my situation happened. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this location, save yourself a big problem.

Device change are 25$!! Not 35$!! It even says on their flyers. My son's money was stolen from these girls. Check your account and check with metro. I had to report to labor board.
I came to exchange the cell phone that I had and the charge is $25 and they say $35 and on their website it says $25 and in their brochures. I spoke to metro and they told me the same thing that this is wrong. Why do they lie and steal? Report to the Labor Board, they are the ones in charge of corrupt companies. Metro is corrupt!!!

Viviana the store manager was very helpful in getting my phone service switched over to Metro. The transition was a smooth. I wish my previous provider was as helpful as Viviana was while porting my number over, but that’s a different story and it explains why they’re my old service provider. Go Metro!

I have been trying to get a hold of someone who knows what I need. No answers, and no one takes responsibility for their mistakes. I was sold a sub standard phone and told that's what I wanted. Now I am trying to find out why my phone is not working.

I have needed to visit this store twice. Once to start home internet, and once because I had to switch my cell phone with its "twin" (I bought the exact same model, when it went on clearance, years ago, as a backup).Both times there were silly system technical issues. However, both times the employees went over and above, and used their sense, problem solving skills, and determination to help me, as a customer.Thankfully, I have only needed to actually visit 2 stores (San Ysidro is the other one), and neither of these two have let me down.

The associate tried to help me with my issue, but to no avail. She was able to help two customers at a time which i was very impressed.
