I don't think the workers have the right amount of training to work here they've never been able to resolve any problem I've had with my phone.

I went into MetroPCS today thinking a half phone insurance and I've been with this company since 2019 actually even before then not only is this company not giving me phone insurance they figuring out more ways on how to rip off the consumers the time now is 9:29 p.m. I just got off the phone with customer service and still ain't got phone insurance this company is one I will not recommend for no one

EVA SMITH who is an employee in San Diego at both 1075 11th avenue San Diego California 92101, and 1255 Imperial Avenue, San Diego California 92101has been the best customer service rep I have ever had. I was having data problems with boost for 3 months and she helped me switch over. She gave me a Veterans discount, she helped me for 3 days because I was having issues with my new activation and she figured it out for me. I have never met an employee anywhere as kind and patient as her. I even ended up making friends with her. She never blamed ME like boost did or ever tried to make me feel as if I was the one causing problems with my phone. She figured everything out. She's so smart and spent a lot of time on me and I'm grateful for her. I can't wait to hear the day that she becomes a manager or supervisor of a store because she is so knowledgeable in what she does, but its the kindness and patience that really drew me to her. Im glad to be a new Metro customer and Im glad she was the one I first met when I originally walked in. Im grateful to have met her. Thanks Eva.

Metzli Aztec. She hook me up. And cell issues. She is the bomb. 5 stars all the way. And she likes music. Y go to cell phone trainer. Yes. She is gonna go places. Hire her quickly

Stopped by this evening to purchase a new phone after losing mine at the beach. Christian was so helpful. I was so stressed but he was calm, knowledgable, and understanding. I was in and out in 20 minutes. He was even patient with me when I couldn't remember my security question answers. I really appreciated him.
