I am here now trying to get an error corrected from another store and the representative here is just carrying on a conversation with another customer who is acting indecisive about a purchase. They are laughing back and forth with one another. This has been going on for 15 minutes. If I didn't need for this to be rectified immediately I would have gotten up and left.
I'm literally fuming right now, and they close at 7. The owner of this location needs to do better training his people on customer service because this is ridiculous.

I visited the store and made a purchase. I should have known right away. there's something was going to go bad when I was more knowledgeable about the phones than the person selling them to me. but I got the price and the service I wanted after having to fight off a heavy barrage of sales tactics to get me to buy some home Wi-Fi internet which I politely declined multiple times. even after leaving the store in multiple hours passing they called me back on my number that I just bought from them which is weird and they started to try to get me to come back down there and by the home Wi-Fi internet. I said no politely again and I didn't hear from them again. for some reason, like a dummy, I signed up for auto pay in like the same week these assholes that run the store. sign me up for the home Wi-Fi internet without telling me and they added like a $10 plan to my regular plan without even letting me know. I've been lost my wallet so I went back and started checking in my bank to see if anybody had to use my card and I started saying I noticed at Metro had taken 150 bucks out of my account. I'm like what the fuck so I called them and they tell me that I purchased the home internet service and I'm like what are you talking about? we had specific conversations multiple times about how I did not want that after like multiple hours of screaming at some Filipino lady on the phone about how I never made the purchase and I had no box to return to them and then they stole money from me. they finally gave me a credit for the next month's bill. a $40 with no way to get compensated for the money that they stole from me. I tried contacting the store and of course the phone is out of service. the number listed on Google for their store phone is out of service. I live in Escondido. it's not often I go down to San Diego. I'm going to have to make a trip to go yell these people and ask them why they stole my money. Metro is the worst company ever in my opinion. I hope to never give them any money ever again. I hope they stay out of my life for eternity

A representative of metro took a lot if time walking me through some difficulty I had,initially, with my cell phone. I have not forgotten the time he spent with me.

I went to the store expecting to purchase a 5g iPhone. When I arrived the clerk spoke poor English and didn't understand my needs. Furthermore, iPhones on display indicated 5g capable phone which wasn't the case. I walked away an unhappy customer, wasting money on ride share rides.

Worse service ever. Please make sure you ask for warranty on the phones or items you purchase. Sadly to say they only give you 14 days and 5 in others or None!! Very disappointing not even honoring the warranty of the Samsung or IPhone! ??
