I was helped by eva at this location and let me tell you. Exceeded my expectations. One of the nicest people I ever met! Not only was she very polite and friendly. She saved me a bunch of money on my plan. She was the best!

Mike is an absolute rockstar at this store ,that guy does things for a cell phone service company I have never seen from any provider anywhere ,super helpful, super nice ,absolutely superior in. Every aspect of what he does ,always remembers your name ,always has his cool about him even though he deals with a very obnoxious neighborhood and crowd , I can't say anything bad at all as they would just be lies ,thank you thank you and thank you some more I wish every service in this country had a mike there haha

When ever I need dr good fast help and to get things going this little phone booth is the bomb. The top people that work there really care.. and of it can be done it will be.. once you go and talk and see you will not need to go any 0ther place... 4 real

EVA SMITH who is an employee in San Diego at both 1075 11th avenue San Diego California 92101, and 1255 Imperial Avenue, San Diego California 92101has been the best customer service rep I have ever had. I was having data problems with boost for 3 months and she helped me switch over. She gave me a Veterans discount, she helped me for 3 days because I was having issues with my new activation and she figured it out for me. I have never met an employee anywhere as kind and patient as her. I even ended up making friends with her. She never blamed ME like boost did or ever tried to make me feel as if I was the one causing problems with my phone. She figured everything out. She's so smart and spent a lot of time on me and I'm grateful for her. I can't wait to hear the day that she becomes a manager or supervisor of a store because she is so knowledgeable in what she does, but its the kindness and patience that really drew me to her. Im glad to be a new Metro customer and Im glad she was the one I first met when I originally walked in. Im grateful to have met her. Thanks Eva.
