Kids running around from the to the back of the store to the front. Screaming while trying to do shopping and bothering other customers. This store is managed wrong by the female manger. She Brings her kids to work when it’s a dangerous environment for them to run around the store with no shoes and in n out of the store. Never coming for this store, unprofessional.
Ninos corriendo por toda la tienda son zapatos. Gritando. Corriendo para dentro y fuera. Molestan a los clientes, no dejan comprar. La manager no tiene que traer niños a un trabajo porque eso no es professional.

Storefront location at 3548 Ashford SD 92111 female manager is unprofessional & rude hanging up on me during a telephone conversation while offering no solution to a connectivity issue with the router for the 5G Home Network Internet. An unlimited plan $50/mo home Wi-Fi network that we have used for 4 mos. and hasn't worked for 5 days!

Yea honestly i don’t know what they were thinking letting females like that work there.The skinny one with face tats acting like a little kid saying she was gonna assault a minor??♂️. Horrible customer service she couldn’t even do her job right and was just straight up lazy.

One of the worst, most unprofessional companies and locations I've ever had the displeasure of working with.Don't count on them for reliable or even basic customer service, phones, etc. These employees continuously drop the ball and never follow through with anything they promise, and can't even perform aple tasks like getting you a damn receipt for your purchase.Cody is one of the worst employees I've ever seen work with a mobile company, as he's the one mostly responsible for the aforementioned. They'll kiss your ass as long as they're getting something from you, such as selling you a phone. Don't rely on them for much more than that.The network coverage is absolute garbage and the plans and phones are overpriced. Fuck MetroPCS on Ashford St.

Went in with a broken phone and bought a new one. Walked out with my broken phone and the new one that doesn't work either. I was told that it would start working in an hour. It has been 5 hours and still no service. During the time that the clerk was trying to set up the new phone I was asked for my identity and the pin number to the account. That obviously didn't work so the help desk wanted to know what month the service was started. That question I didn't know the answer to. Now, who can remember from about 5 years ago that and answer when no one told them to remember. Now I have to go back in the morning to try to get my new phone to work or give me a refund and get service somewhere else.
