I came into MetroPCS to add a line and Giovanny the MetroPCS employee informed me that my ACP discount was removed. Giovanni was the MetroPCS employee that helped me get my ACP discount back on my account. I didn't know that it was removed. I also got a free Samsung tablet for adding a line. Giovanny's customer service is AWESOME. He didn't have to let me know that the ACP discount was removed & he didn't have to help me get it back on my account. Giovanny needs to be EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH FOR HIS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS GIOVANNY!!! ?

I have had several bad experiences with Metro since I have had them as my carrier. Every time I wanted to "upgrade" my plan I have nothing but problems. More specifically, I have been straight lied to about my plan, cost and service. On more than one occasion. So much so that I dread dealing with them altogether. I am extremely disappointed with the blatant dishonesty. I recently had to get a new phone and was told my plan would stay the same. However, they changed my number and I cannot go back to my old number unless I pay $60.00 more, My rating is for the store, not the service. I went in specifically for a new iPhone. Genesis tried to push a new number on me that would allegedly drop my bill by a significant amount while giving me a car hotspot and Bluetooth speaker, while giving no specifics on details. I declined the sketchy offer and specified i only wanted the iPhone, no items, no Bluetooth and no insurance, just the iPhone!!! She then deceitfully offered me to buy a used iPhone from her outside the store away from the cameras! This store is near the border establishment and obviously prey. I urge all to not give this store business. They are deceitful and shady. Go to best buy. If you have been taken advantage of report them to the better business bureau so we can get these crooks black listed. I just wanted the iPhone not the bluetooth speaker. Stay away unless you want to be manipulated into a new number.
