I never got the customer feedback survey text I was hoping for so I’ll leave a google review on my boy Brandon, he is like buff Sid the Sloth from Ice Age, my wife and I went in to flash a SIM card and ended up leaving with a flashed SIM AND a tablet! Thank you Sid wherever you are.

At the store next to Northgate Market you need to hire people with more experience and customer service. Because the young guys that are at the store are very rude and lack on customer service they do not know how to greet or take care of a customer. They think the store belongs to them and they can treat customers with disrespect and rudeness. I have been a customer of Metro PCS for 6 years and never ever encountered kids like this.
