Up to this date, this is my best experience at a car dealership. Nick made it as smooth as possible no hassle no long paperwork process. Jay on the other end ensure that all i want will be fulfilled, they didnt have the vehicle specs i need but he ensure that he will get one after few hours i got a call saying they will have it for me to look at. Gene also was super helpful that during the process he already showed my wife how to navigate and do the tech stuff. This was a surprise to my wife and they ensured that it was fulfilled. Thank you MB San Diego! Yall are amazing!

Their service department is one of the worst I’ve had to deal with . they’re a joke!!! If you have any problems with your Benz don’t bring it here .
They had my car in for 20 days. They refused to give me a loaner. They don’t answer phone calls. They don’t call back. After spending almost $4500 on repairs. They gave me the car all dirty. They didn’t even washed their greasy fingers prints off the bumper.Overall bad experience. Don’t waste your money and time here. They will literally ignore you.

I brought in my Merc for annual routine maintenance. The vehicle passed its inspections, but the mechanic suggested I replace my tires due to the tread depths being at 4/32” & 3/32” (Yokohama V107 Summer Tires). My Merc was at 5900 miles. I mentioned to the service advisor, Discount Tires rotated and balanced my tires for free the month before. I refused their recommendations for new tires.
I returned to a different Discount Tire after my MBSD appointment for a second opinion. Tread on my tires 7/32” all around.
You draw your own conclusion. For myself, I need to find future service for my Merc elsewhere.

Their parts department is one of the worst that i've ever dealt with.
I have bought a number of parts from them over the years and every time i greatly regret it.
The counter people are always extremely rude and uncaring.
My latest attempt resulted in being left on hold for 30 minutes.
I would recommend anyone avoid this parts department if they want to keep their sanity.
