The approximate wait time starts at 1 minutes and increases to 2 minutes then 4 on and on. Worst customer service. They don't answer the phone.

They need to just shut this place down..they don't answer and takes weeks for delivery. To me there messing with my health. Hold for 1 hour or more..this is just crazy.. people need there medicine so to me that's playing with people's health..hell all the reviews are the same and there not fixing the issues at all just awful

I started going to this pharmacy about 6 months ago. Worst pharmacy I've ever visited. When you call on the phone and tell them to start filling your order, they say they will and when you get to the pharmacy they know nothing about it at the front counter. I've complained a few times and it seems like every since I have, they have had it out for me. EVERYTIME I call, there's a problem with my order. I usually call on a Monday to make sure it is in stock by Friday. Once Friday gets here, they tell me it's out of stock. I called four days earlier to make sure they will have it in stock by that Friday. They ALL need to be trained on customer service 101. Seems like they really just don't care. They need to be trained on EVERYTHING. And the supervisor isn't any better. But your only as good as your trained to be. I don't understand how the main person in charge is ok with their business being operated like this. We are the customer and they need to care and put in that extra effort to take care of their customers. They may just end up being on the other end one day. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone. And don't try calling the supervisor because she won't even return your calls. I'm not surprised though considering how the staff operates.

This experience with this pharmacy has been a nightmare. I guess since I am on the voucher program, I am not taken into account and my needs are less urgent than insurance customers. However, I believe just because of my financial status, I should still be taken just as serious and with care as the next person. Every month on the date my medicine is due to be picked up or delivered, I have to wait an additional 2 days to be given my medicine which prevents relapse. This month pushed me to just inform the rest of you who take being clean serious and do not want to relapse, beware of the way they will handle your caseload. Thursday of last week I was due to have my script delivered. I called to see if it was going to actually be ready on the day the doctor called it in but as usual, I was told that they will deliver it Friday. Friday came and went and having covid I couldn't go pick it up so all weekend I was in severe relapse prevention mode on top of being sick from the lack of assisted medication therapy on top of COVID. It's just sad that a pharmacy has this mindset and bypassed the "to do no harm" they took when got into the business. They couldn't even have the decency to call and give a update. Unfortunately until my financial status changes, I must be subjected to this poor treatment by medical professionals. if you can go to CVS or Walgreens, they have a lot to lose so they will at least pretend to be sympathetic to your needs.

This company is terrible. It's so hard to get diapers from this company. I have a daughter who is a customer of this company, and we always have a hard time getting the diapers. They are supposed to give them to us, and they just keep being a major pain. I don't like this company, and I wish there were other ways to get free adult diapers, since we are poor and no one gives them out for free. Also they are way to pricey at Walmart, so yeah.

What is the best number to reach this pharmacy??!!I’m giving this review in behalf of my boyfriend and his niece who takes care of my father-in-law. Which the medications are for.They never answer, have been calling for the last 2 weeks for refills and NADA, literally 2 hours waiting for them to pick up and nothing! They do not care, even nurse and doctor have been trying to reach them.Had to physically go to see what was going on, of course told them the issue of the calls, and they couldn’t even apologize for that and started answering phone calls when we were there!They’re neglecting their responsibilities.These people shouldn’t work there.So many reviews with the same issue and doesn’t seem that they’re doing anything about it.
