Came in to get a mattress and was assisted by Michael. He was awesome, no pressure at all. He was very knowledgeable and did t push us toward any specific brand or price point. The store has a great selection and the prices were fair. Overall a great experience.

After arriving home from a trip to NYC, I realized that my own mattress was the reason I'd been having back problems. I contacted Mike Flores at Mattress Firm to see if he had the same mattress that the Kimpton hotel used, because after three nights of sleeping on their mattress, all my back issues were gone. He told me to come in. They had a slightly better version of the Kimpton bed in store, but it was a bit too soft for me, but the bed I wanted was in stock! He quickly set me up and gave me the best deal! My new mattress was delivered the next day! Bye-bye back problems. Thanks, Mike! You're the best!

I had a wonderful experience with Patty from the Miramar East store. She gave me recommendations, let me try on a number of mattresses, and gave me all of the details about each. She’s very friendly and patient, and I got great deals from her. I was able to price-match my mattress twice and received the refund quickly.The delivery was professional and timely as scheduled. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Samantha was amazing! Made out process easy and personable. Was clear about delivery and made great recommendations based on our specific needs. Will look forward to going back and sending friends when they needs a new bed. Also, if this read by someone in the Company office. Get her a taller chair, it’s unreasonable for the worker accommodations.

Mike is the man! He was extremely educated on different mattress materials & technology. He also allowed us a comfortable experience while laying on many beds. We would of been 2 lost puppies without his guidance. We left with a king mattress, mattress protector, and 3 pillows.
