I had a great experience with Mattress Firm in Mira Mesa. Stephen was very knowledgeable and assisted me with selecting the mattress that needed based on my issues. I purchased on a Friday and delivered on Sunday. A perfect experience.

Not all Mattress Firms are created equally so know that if you go to a different store. My husband and I tried several (from LA county to San Diego county) and this one is the best. Mike is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. No one is pushy, just a very nice customer service department overall. We actually appreciated the service so much, when it was time to buy my parents a bed, we came back.

Friendly service and very helpful :)
Their mattress distribution center is also close to this location so if they don’t have the mattress you want at the store, you can pick it up at the center same day.
