We are return customers to Mattress Firm. We needed to purchase 3 mattresses. We were so fortunate to be helped by the newly transferred in store manager, Ken. He was the BEST! He asked questions and listened intently to understand our needs. He was very patient with us and was so helpful. We so appreciated his expertise and suggestions. We ended up getting 4 mattresses and are very happy with our purchases. He made sure that we took advantage of all the special savings. We are very pleased and can highly recommend this store and Ken.

Andre was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the difference between the mattress and how it would affect our sleep. He made the process enjoyable and very easy. He was very personable and made it a fun experience.

My mother got excellent help in the store with selecting the right mattress for her. The mattress was delivered the next day. The delivery men were very nice and were 15 minutes early with their delivery. So far, we are very satisfied.

I was searching for an extra firm mattress for my 79 y/o mother who had a back surgery last year. We've had a really good experience with Mattress Firm Carmel Mountain location in the past, so I decided to stop by and see what they have. Andre helped me, he listened to my concerns and requirements for the mattress and recommended Beautyrest Extra Firm mattress. The process of ordering is quick and easy, and I got an excellent deal on a good brand. Thank you!
