Brion was the best. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and took time to help us get the best possible mattress for our situation! Waaay better than shopping online. I think you should just go and try on mattresses; you’re going to be spending a lot of time on it.

John is incredible! He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel valued throughout the entire process. He really listened to what we wanted for our new bedroom and helped us find the perfect mattress and base. Highly recommend this store, especially if you're lucky enough to work with John!

Went in to Mattress Firm Mission Valley, and received outstanding help right away from Brion. Wonderful customer service. Also can’t beat the prices!!!
