Keith was great. We were in and out in 15 minutes. We had done our research so went we’re 90% sure of what we wanted. They match online prices for Nectar. Next day delivery and haul away. Great customer service!

Literally came to just look at beds with no intentions of buying one but after speaking Floyd and taking his time to explain every little about the bed as well as pillows - left with a new bed! Absolutely recommend and so helpful in trying to reach our needs. Wonderful guy.

First off, hats off to Jacob Kovalenko for a superb job taking care of my wife and me. Very knowledgeable regarding the products and no pressure sales. Exceptional customer service, follow up, and a pleasure to deal with. Wishing you all the best going forward!A note to management...With 43-years in the customer service business I would have a hard time with only one employee in store during these times, especially evenings. The homeless/displaced issue is very big in California, San Diego in particular, and the Sports Arena area seems to be hit hard with this situation. Numerous homeless/displaced persons stared thru the window and/or attempted entry. Jacob did an exceptional job in this regard as well, but I am sure it is a bit unnerving if you are manning the store solo. It might be good to ensure multiple personnel during all hours.Overall a great experience!

Adam was very helpful in assisting us to change out a mattress our developer purchased incorrectly for our new home. It was past the 120 day trial period, but he worked with us to discount the proper mattress and make things right for us. We certainly appreciate the good customer service.

From the moment I walked in I felt listened to.
