Tony sold me a mattress four years ago at the Hillcrest location. When I needed a new one for my Mission Valley home, Mattress Firm in my neighborhood was the obvious choice. Tony was great and within 30 min we had purchased a new mattress and got it delivered the next day.

Luke was very attentive and listened to our needs for a new bed. He was very knowledgeable about the differences in mattresses as well as bases. He did not push unneeded items for our purchase. We had a great experience at this store and our new bed will be delivered in just 2 days which was very unexpected. Great job Luke.

I had an excellent experience. The salesperson was knowledgeable, personable and helpful from start to finish. He made me feel like he was invested in helping me find a mattress solution to fit my needs. I would shop there again because of the quality service I received.

Awesome service went through every mattress in show room was treated with care and updated with knowledgeable staff overall experience a 10 out of ten I would recommend mattress firm to anyone shopping for a mattress.

I am in the process of relocating and needed to order a new bed that will fit the space of my new home. I hadn’t purchased a mattress in over 10 years and so had a lot of questions and considerations. Luke was so patient with me and helped me to find the best fit for what I need. I ended up also purchasing an adjustable base, which I’m very excited for! Thank you to Luke for all of your help!!!
