I don't understand how it receives such high reviews. When you call the phone number, it goes straight to voicemail, but the voicemail has not been set up! This happened to me twice; the first time I called on a Tues during business hours and the second time at 9:30 the next morning. I was in the Kearny Mesa area that Wednesday at 11:00, so I thought I could catch them at their showroom. Unfortunately, it was locked up. I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

This review is long overdue. I bought my Mattress from Neal back in April, he set an appointment for us right away, let us try all the mattresses we wanted and gave us time and no pressure to make our decision. I was very pleased by both the quality of service and the quality of the product at a very good price. The mattress is amazing, probably the best I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend buying your mattress here.

he sold me a mattress for $500 dollars, the mattress is just awful, thin and poor quality! I do not recommend

I always get top notch service when I come here! I got my first nice mattress here and I’ve had for four years, still just as comfortable as when I first got it. I just went to get my pillow for my college dorm; Neal listened to what needs I wanted met, such as constant neck pain, and helped me select the most luxurious pillow that will last me long term! Not to mention his products are high quality and affordable.

This place is amazing! Don’t go to mattress firm, come here! They got the same thing as mattress firm for half the price! Great quality mattresses, pillows, and all your bedding needs! And most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I need another mattress, I know where to come! S/O to Juan for everything!

This place is great! Neal was so helpful and kind and walked us through the process to ensure we chose the best mattress for us. The store had mattresses available to try. My boyfriend and I stopped by yesterday to pick out a new mattress and let me tell you guys, one of the best experiences. Both Neal and Juan Carlos were super helpful and super informative. We told them what kind of bed and how we wanted and they showed us different beds till we found our perfect one. I will definitely be coming back and also I recommend anybody that needs a new mattress, this is the place to go!!
