When I went inside the store I was rudely interrupted let alone having another bad customer service ridiculous I'm giving my business elsewhere with better products absurd!

Not much option at all. So many empty racks. Hangers are so loose from the other so yeah when I see my size the option is soo limited. Compared to next door competitor the hangers are so tight together that's hard to choose. This one way too loose that you don't even have much options. & I'm not only talking about clothes. It's everything, shoes, home goods, random stuff & beauty. Not much options.

I love shopping at Marshalls n TJ Max.. They have high end products for half the price. At this location, they have Ross n Traders Joe here too.

It’s a shame I love Marshalls. Well, I could say I used to love Marshalls now they hiring Hindus in their all over you around the store been going there for years and now they’re just going after the white people even though I’m not white white, but I am white, so this Hindu woman came all around me and whatever it was looking for she would cross and take it away from me. She works there hire managers that are not Americans. They hire their own people and that’s how the stores and businesses go out of business small businesses there are half Job because that’s how they used to. They’re not used to be nice curious and excellent customer service. I had this they just had open the store. I went to the restroom. The restrooms always are bad. I thought well they just opened the store. the restroom must be clean, it look like a tornado so I went tall to my surprise manager and employees were from Russia whatever and they apologize. They blame it on the customer. The customer do that well is your store you just open the store you should take care of your bathrooms, not just go blah blah, blah, blah blah blah blah blah she will not stop, complaining about the customers customers do not go there why should you keep business to all those people that have invaded and destroy our country stop doing business with them and they must go back they don’t respect us. We should respect them.

Overall, the store is well organized, and items are easy to find. I was in the store recently to purchase a tote and a new purse. The experience was odd. I found a purse I wanted and asked an employee for assistance to unlock it. She said to press the button for assistance and someone would come with the key. However, the button had been removed from its location. She then told me to go to the dressing room and ask the woman there. So, I did. The dressing room attendant told me to look around for the button because sometimes they move it. ? Okay. Still no button. I saw a third worker and asked her help. I told her the button was gone. She directed me to the dressing room attendant, and I told her my experience with the attendant. She called to the attendant to say the button was gone. The attendant (a different woman) walked over to look as if she didn’t believe her. The third woman who attempted to help looked exasperated (how I felt at this point) and went on her way. I then left without purchasing anything. Waste of my time. I’ll get my purse and tote where good customer service actually exists.

This Marshall's location has a lot of designer brands and Hello Kitty items! I found a lot of great deals at very reasonable prices! The employees here were all very pleasant. The store is clean and organized. Definitely check them out! There's free covered parking and plenty of spaces in the sun as well.

Four Marshall's, 5 days! Found a sweater I loved at Marshall's Solana Beach - but they only had my size in one of the three colors. After striking out at Marshall's Carmel Mountain Plaza, I came here. The great news is that, even though their selection is smaller than SB, they had the sweater in all 3 colors... but sadly still not in my size. I did find another thing I wanted. Of the 4 Marshall's I visited, this was the best laid out and had the best customer service (lots of staff on the floor to answer questions). Checkout line was long but not as long as SB. So: 5 on customer service here; 4 on selection; 3.5 on checkout line. I'll review Marshall's Mira Mesa last!

I've never poorly rated a business and hate to do this because I really enjoy shopping here... but wtf I got completely hounded to sign up for their rewards/credit card while doing my return and purchase. Mind you, I bought like 3 shirts. I politely declined 3-4 times and my cashier launched into why marshalls needs people to sign up, so they don't go under. She then told me if that happens, I'll just have to go back to shopping at macy's (insinuating I will be remorseful for not signing up) because marshalls isn't a big company like macy's (???). I was really nice and declined and played dumb so she'd maybe move on. At the end of my purchase she said I had a $15 discount and I asked why, was it because of my return credit? She said no it's for the card discount and tried again to make me sign up. I said no again m, firmer this time, and she let out a annoyed sigh. Lol. I've never had this happen and it made me so uncomfortable.... I was really nice during it all but it was so bizarre. This happened today at register 2 at about 6:55p
