There’s a Middle Eastern lady cashier with a hijab that is very homophobic. She laughs every time I buy makeup or something anything feminine.

This location has less, pushy and chubby ladies with screaming carts full of kids. It's very clean and bright.
The payment line had, almost all, cash registers open for service. It moved so fast i barely had time to notice and buy an add on bag of French chocolate pecans swirls or strawberry scented body lotion or a dog chew toy that are always on display while you wait forever inline to checkout. Great place. Bad parking. Go.

I just make I made this qualification because the truth is I have never seen this happen in 17 years that I have been going to Marshalls and this calls me a past. 2 times it's pathetic they see all the merchandise when the scan it doesn't seem fair to me that they do this and just say I'm sorry and this and with a bad attitude they are stealing from the buyers what's going on with this location I'm disappointed fui el día 05-18-2025

I purchased a top from the Mission Valley store and was retuning at this location but since they don't "carry that brand" they wouldn't return it... Have you ever heard of that at Marshall's? The customer service was nonexistent, and I feel like I was treated differently because the way I look. Not to mention now I have to drive across town to return something that has the tag and the receipt. This is the first time I've ever written a negative review on Yelp. But I definitely won't be shopping at Marshall's ever again.

Marshall's, you never disappoint! I stop by this store at least once a week and always find something amazing. From designer jeans to statement accessories, their selection is on point. I love that they carry a wide range of sizes and styles, so I can always find something that fits my unique taste. The prices are unbeatable - I mean, who doesn't love a good deal?! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized and easy to navigate. 5 stars, hands down! Marshall's is my go-to spot for affordable fashion that still makes a statement.

Dude, this is like going into a 3rd world mall. Bathrooms are gross as fuk. They try to keep up with the mess , it's better than most. Bathrooms are disgusting
