This particular brick and mortar is very small! However the associate I dealt with was very kind and helpful. I love the quality of their clothing. Even though we did not walk away buying something, we had a new idea of what to buy online (out of stock in store). Would definitely come back here!

So I just got home from work to find my partner visibly sad and hurt (from 10am until 7:30pm) by the way he was treated by CHRIS, who I find out is also the store MANAGER!!! My partner is honestly the sweetest, kindest and most positive being that I've ever met in my entire life who has never spoken bad or negative about anyone...ever! In fact, he will find the good in every situation including this one by saying, "I'm sure he's just having a bad day". He came in to return a jacket that was 50% off at another retailer. When the kind female employee informed him that they do price match, he thanked her for that information e aide hhowever still wanted to return it because he already wore the other. She did ask if he'd mind telling her which retailer had the sale, he informed her that it was Nordstrom when all of a sudden the store manager Chris says, "oh fine, support the corporate retailers". My partner then informed Chris, the store manager, that he had purchased 2 other items that he is keeping. I almost fell over when Chris, "the store manager" then stated, "FOR NOW". I am in complete disbelief of his comments to a long time customer and I'm front of his employee!!! My partner shops here ALL THE TIME but as of tomorrow, WE will be returning the other 2 items as I confront Chris, who in my eyes is a BULLY!

I was there on the Saturday afternoon of Thanksgiving weekend. Very few customers in the store and the staff seemed pretty uninterested in the ones who were. I will be very surprised if this store is still open a year from now.

I am filling in to another store in this mall for work and stopped in after seeing something in the window that caught my eye. No one paid any attention to me and when I asked to try something on the fitting rooms were pointed to. I could hear that the woman in the room next to me was being offered other sizes being ordered, etc.. I tried on something that I liked, but needed in a size that wasn’t in stock I was told that it was okay that it didn’t fit me and to have a good night. I felt like I was being judged since I wasn’t dressed like the usual designer clientele, however, I work right around the corner and have no problem spending a portion of my paycheck on clothes that I like. Although I like the style of the clothes I will surely discourage anyone I talk to from patronizing such a pretentious brand, and I won’t consider even trying something else on.

Nice company. Own a few Henley shirts by the them I got in SF, Venice a few years back. They’ve gone over to a cross between a thrift store & urban outfitters. Nuevo retro. Band shirts. Lots of corduroy. Weird color combos

Favorite store by far. I love their design and their catalog. Every time I get an Instagram ad I end up buying the product. Spot on for color, cut and style. And love their t shirt return program. You get $25 per quarter to use when you donate 5 t shirts.
