I have bought many computers and other electronics here. I have their TotalTech rewards which gives me great benefits and return policy. Staff are usually very friendly. But definitely clock-in clock-out mentality and won't help is their shift is almost over.

Easy to park in huge lot. I stood in line for about 10 mins at customer service, not long and was helped by a very nice employee. Had a return with receipt. He didn't listen as he made a mistake and had to have a manager fix it and they would only refund me with a GC which sucked but better than nothing.

Dude these guys were pretty rough. Understaffed, no one really came up to ask if we needed help which normally is no biggie but after trying to find someone they had more people stocking then actually on the floor. And two people manning the door for security. No idea wtf was happening there. Place is a disaster.
