My favorite MAC store. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Tanya picked the most beautiful colors for my completion and recommended all best products that I now love and use every day. There’s no way I’d pick the right stuff if it wasn’t for their expertise. Highly recommend!!

We went up to the door and there was a sign on it that the employee(s) are on a break. What? Never seen anything like that at the UTC Mall. This is a big company! You only had one employee that night? We were looking for to making lots of purchases and came to UTC Mac Store just for that. Ridiculous.

I went into the store looking to buy some lipstick. The lady behind the counter had a very cold attitude and seemed like she had no interest in helping me at all. I had asked her if she could help me identify a lipstick and she very reluctantly helped me. I would’ve bought more here since I’m out of foundation, but the only thing I wanted to do was leave, she made it feel so awkward. I did not feel supported or aided in my shopping experience. I will not be shopping here in the future.

Stephanie who works here was very rude and unkind. She had the worst customer service I have ever seen. After the attitude she gave us when we were recycling our eye shadows we decide to leave and when we went to get them back she threw our eye shadows back at us. Very very rude.

Everytime I'm in San diego, I visit this branch and get great advice from Priscilla as to what suited my skin tone and tips of what to do.
All staff are very attentive and knowledgeable and most importantly very friendly. My favourite MAC. I bought the mini lipstick, studio face and body foundation, mineralize concealer and next to nothing powder/press to complete my look :)
