I come to the mall and shopping areas specifically for escapism and a needed break from the stressful daily political reality. Your prominent, one-sided campaign poster on your store door completely ruins this experience, turning the store into an unwelcome and polarizing political space.
Your focus on funding amputee medical services only for residents of Gaza is highly hypocritical. Terror activity has caused countless amputee victims in Israel as well. By selectively campaigning for one side's suffering while ignoring the other, you are not acting as a neutral humanitarian organization, but as a biased political entity.
This profound double standard is unacceptable. I no longer feel comfortable or welcome spending my money here.

Just had my daughter’s birthday party at Lush UTC and had the most wonderful experience! The birthday girl was thrilled and she and her guests had such a fun time! Madeleine and Brisa were so engaging and went out of their way to make sure everyone was engaged and having a great time. Lush took care of every detail and made it so easy. Thank you for making her birthday so special!

Went in there, not too sure what to buy besides re-purchasing the items I already have. Madeleine was VERY helpful. The vibe was immaculate, I could literally talk to Madeleine for hours, great personality. Felt like a sister relationship 👯♀️ very welcoming and informative. Definitely will be going back one day 🙏🏾

I walked into Lush because I was having a bad day and wanted to cheer myself up. Turns out this was a great idea because I left feeling much better! I had the most wonderful interaction with Madeline who helped me find the the right gifts for a friend, and a few items for myself. Despite not having much of an idea what I wanted to get my friend she asked great questions to help me find the right items, then wrapped them for me too! She was a total sweetie and so was the other associate whose name I didn't get. Sure, there are other places where you can get nice smelling items, but I love going to Lush because of how kind and thoughtful the people who work here are. 💗 Perfect remedy for a bad day.

Madeleine was extremely friendly, helpful, and so kind. She helped me find a new hair product that I genuinely love, put time into making samples for me, and even when I was about to check out with a face mask she double checked with me that it was a good one for my skin type. It wasn’t what I would have liked and she showed me one that complimented my skin more. I’ve gone to lush since I was a kid with my mom and she genuinely was one of the best employees I’ve come across. Thank you sm 💙

Madeline at Lush UTC La Jolla is an Absolute Star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I just had the most incredible experience at Lush UTC La Jolla, all thanks to Madeline! From the moment I walked in, she was an absolute gem – radiating helpfulness and a genuine sense of empathy. It felt like she truly understood exactly what I was looking for, listening attentively to all my needs without rushing me.
Madeline's knowledge of the products was truly impressive; she was able to recommend items that were spot-on for me. What really stood out was how incredibly customer-centered she was. She made me feel valued and prioritized, which is such a refreshing change. She's a fantastic asset to the Lush team, and I can't recommend seeking her out enough for a personalized and delightful shopping experience. Thank you, Madeline, for making my visit so wonderful!

Went here to buy 3 items last june 28, 2025 (saturday) and when i went to the cashier i ask for a reciept but told me they can only send through e-mail as their system is down. When i checked the reciept in my email it has 7 items in it (did not notice when i was paying because i have 2 children with me) i showed them and asked for a refund, now they can't refund because they said the customer service is offline, they got my name and they said they will notify everyone in store to help and they gave me the number of customer service and told me to call next day, (wondering why i have to call, it's hard for me especially i'm not that good in communicating in english) i called next day many times and it was offline again. Then, I called their customer service hotline today- (Tuesday) and they haven't been notified about the situation and i have to explain which is hard for me to explain since i am not a fluent english speaker, and this customer service representative is making an attitude and not nice. 2nd customer representative called me again and asked if i could get refund at the store?this is so frustrating! I just wanted this 3 ITEMS peacefully and you made it really hard for me to refund which is not my fault, your cashier was not attentive that's why she made it wrong. It's easy to be kind and understanding especially when people are from different race, not good english speakers and have children! I would not recommend this store to anyone!
