Very frustrating experience with our small kitchen remodel. Counters came out terrible. Cabinets needed lots of work arounds. It's been 10 months of a bureaucratic nightmare and no accountability. Lowe's even agreed the final product looks hideous yet everyone has been passing the blame/buck. No integrity to advocate a resolution for the customer. A truthfully regretful decision choosing Lowes.

Great store overall, wide selection. But checkout is a mess. Even assistant couldn't find my item, I had to go all the way back to the back department to take a picture of the name. Almost everyone at the self checkout needed help.

Poor customer service. I ordered an assembled Blackstone for delivery. They delivered it without the grease trap. I called customer service the day it was delivered (which was outsourced) and I was told I would get a call from the store within 24 hours to fix the issue. It's been 5 days and still no call. On par with customer service today from big box retailers, unfortunately.

If u want a great variety of products and u need them delivered there’s the Home Depot and Lowe’s. Lowe’s doesn’t have a ton of people outside trying to get work

Terrible customer service. Worst and most frustrating experience ever. Will never purchase from Lowes again.
1. Paid for a grill online.
- Had to call them after a week to remind them.
"Oh yeah"... Sorry is all I got.
2. Delivered, but after 1 day realized it was broken... improperly built.
3. Called and they came and picked it up.
- I was promised I would get reimbursed. Delivery department would inform "merchandise was returned and credit card reimbursed".
4. 2 weeks later no reimbursement and spoke with a Manager, Jesse Caruso.
- He investigated and merchandise was reported returned. Assured me AGAIN reimbursement.
I believed... in error.
5. That was 2 weeks ago... Going on over a month trying to get reimbursement.
- No one answers... Spent 1hr on Friday waiting to speak with someone.
- Called again on Tuesday and still no answer, just a recording. I will have to go in person.
"We're working to answer your call as quickly as possible."
That's a lie too.
6. Glad I documented dates and times of calls.
7. Glad I got Jesse Caruso to promise me reimbursement...
* Someone will have to assume responsibility... eventually.

After 2 other Lowe's visits, 3rd time was the charm. Issues with Poways and Escondido locations made for a long day thanks to Sandy, we were able to buy the vertical blinds we needed and get them cut properly. If you need help, ask for Sandy she was so helpful and kind.

Do not buy lye based drain cleaner. Very dangerous unless already draining. Use a snake like a real plumber.

Jon and Marcos were true caring professionals who really helped us out in a jam and didn't even let us compensate them for their time and work! We really appreciated them taking the time to make sure we were taken care of. Very gracious of them!

The low score is no surprise. 4.3 is typical home improvement score. Design center not helpful at all. Software not set up to pick sink with cabinet. Seriously? No wonder I never shop this Lowes

I went to Lowe's for some wood to repair my bed frame. I saw what I wanted but needed help getting it cut. I looked around and saw no one to help me. I called on my cel to ask for help. After six minutes, I was hung up on. I went to the cashier and asked to call someone to help me. I went back to the area and waited. I walked the lumber area twice. I sat near the wood cutting stations. No pne came to assist. I left and told the cashier that no one came to assist me. The only reason i will go back is that the price of what I wanted was better there. Price is no good when customer service won't assist you. Needless to say, I'm very upset.
Well since you mentioned it. I did go back to the same Lowe's amd this time I managed to have someone call for assistance. I went to the cutting area and sat down on a ladder that was standing near the cutting area. A gentleman walked by did not say a word to me if I had not turned around he would have kept going. I asked if he worked in that department he said yes. I told him what I wanted and I pointed at a section of lumber that was there not knowing that it was concrete. I told him I needed something like this cut. He looked at me and said oh we don't cut that that's concrete with a very snotty attitude. I am informed him that I knew where the plywood was that I wanted cut and wanted him to follow me there however he just looked at me and said it's over there pointing within the direction of the plywood. I felt his attitude was unnecessary as if I had stopped him from taking his break or something. As I walked out of the store I saw the gentleman that called for help he pointed to this young man and told me this is the person that I was looking for. I looked at him and I said that man has a bad attitude I'm not going to go back there and talk to him. Your customer service and Lowe's sucks. Someone needs to retrain that entire staff on how to treat customers cuz they do not know. Your management is definitely at the head of the problem here too. You may want to check that out first. I will never never go to Lowe's again for anything as long as I'm alive. The only way I would go there is if you offer me something free and even then I would have to think about it.
