Came in to get a space heater, they had exactly what I was looking for. I feel everyone here was super helpful. They have great prices too. They had about 10 different units to choose from, which I thought was nice. I've always preferred this place over say Home depot.

Terrible customer service. Bought a refrigerator that went on sale two days later, and after speaking/chatting with 5 different people, they would not honor the sale. This business just lost a longtime DIY customer that frequently patronized their stores. Bad business move on their behalf.

I had an emergency and ordered a Samsung washer at $1200 for delivery with set up and take away in 2 days. I received word on that day they were on their way and waited for them to call me. The time came and went and I called the auto line and they said it had been delivered. I went up to the garage and sure enough there it was, still in the box in my garage! No set up no call no nothing! I called the store many times to ask the manager to set up a new time for set up and he never came to the phone I asked someone I know to come bring it down to the laundry room and set it up which he did with the help of a friend, and started it. It was a bucking bronco and we couldn't figure out why. I thought maybe it was because I was using the previous Samsung drawer unit so I bought a new one again from Lowe's ($400) but this time I said to leave it Well, they had it on the truck and REFUSED TO LEAVE IT So I waited 2 more WEEKS while they decided when to bring this thing and when they did we put the washer on the pedestal and SAME THING . It was bad. At this point,out of frustration I called an appliance repair place and they sent a guy ($259) who went down to laundry room, took out the SHIPPING BOLTS, and handed them to me. All the frustration and expense ($400 for the drawer, $250 for my friend, $259 for appliance repair, 1 entire MONTH no washer) was all because LOWES couldn't honor the original sales order of delivery with setup and a quick removal of shipping bolts? Why doesn't the service manual say anything about them? Maybe the manager would tell us, but wait, they never come to the phone! That is unconscionable, so to save yourself agony do NOT buy appliances from them.

Having given Lowe's opportunities to make things right with my purchase, and witnessing them fail in almost all aspects of customer service I strongly caution against utilizing their installation services for windows. Milgard windows were purchased in 2018. The project was delayed on three separate occasions when it turned out that 1) measurements taken by the Lowe's representative were inaccurate 2) installers arrived without windows 3) installers arrived with cracked windows. During the installation process an installer broke a tile on the roof, but this was identified and corrected quickly (one star awarded). The first heavy rains allowed water inside three of the windows. An appointment was made for a four hour window for inspection and the Lowe's representative did not show up or call. The follow-up attempt confirmed the windows were leaking due to insufficient sealing. The windows were re-sealed. Heavy raining the following year identified similar water incursion in two of the three windows. They were re-resealed. Heavy storms in 2023 and now 2024 have produced recurrent leakage. Despite the strong suggestion of installation fault by history alone, and now confirmation of deficiency in technique from an independent window installer, Lowe's does not take responsibility. They have however reached out to say they are very sorry to hear about my windows. Somewhat relatedly, the Milgard representative I spoke to during this process also cautioned against utilizing Lowe's installers unless they were Milgard certified contractors.

I really wish they had a rating lower than one star. After five weeks of broken promises to deliver and install a dishwasher, I was told they wouldn't be able to install it. Lowes would deliver it, but I would have to find someone else to install it. After six weeks, Lowes finally delivered a dishwasher with a dent the size of a baseball. It is now seven weeks and I am still waiting for a dishwasher that is not damaged. No one ever answers the phone, and if you make a trip to the store to talk to someone, no one is able to help you. Never, ever, buy an appliance from Lowe's. And if you go to the store, you better know exactly what you want and where to find it, there is never anyone there to help.

Terrible experience. Heard mixed reviews on buying appliances at lowe's, but the people were right. Don't do it. Ordered a washer/dryer set from lowes on november 29. They were delivered quickly, but the dryer was defective. They picked up the dryer, but I have not not received a dryer yet. I've been without a dryer for a month. I called someone earlier today and she told me that my order was cancelled. I told her I did not cancel the order and after looking more closely, she said the order was auto-cancelled. She told me that my card was refunded and I had to purchase it again tonight. Good thing I checked, there was no refund. I called back and they told me that it was cancelled because the driver did not mark it as delivered. They said that I should have called back the day after to check on the status of the dryer since I did not receive it. I'm shocked that the blame was put on me. I am one month out with no refund and no dryer still. Different customer reps saying different things. Don't do it. Go anywhere else. The headache is not worth the lower price.

We worked on a home project and had a few items that were not used. Purchased them with cash. Lost my receipts. The girl was rude and not helpful. Returns Without Receipt In most instances, your receipt can be retrieved by using the original credit card, checking account number, MyLowe's card or your phone number. For returns without a valid receipt, Lowe's, at its discretion, may issue in-store credit for the item's current selling price. Lowe's requires a valid picture ID (state driver's license, state ID card or military ID) for returns without a receipt. The same identification provided for a return without receipt may be required to use an In-Store Credit for purchase. Lowe's uses and checks refund verification systems. ID information or a phone number may be entered into these systems where authorized by law. All returns are subject to system approvals. We may issue In-Store Credit for the item's current selling price in our discretion. Lowe's reserves the right to refuse and/or limit the number of returns without a valid receipt. I should have been issued at least store credit.

I have has nothing but problems with a recent order, will never shop here again. I placed a large special order, the very next day I was called and told it would be another $1,000 dollars. I went back the next day only to find out the order had been done completely wrong so it was redone resulting in two deliveries, at my request they waived one of the charges. Today one of the delivery's was to be here according to the phone call last night between 8-12, it is now 3pm and no delivery. The driver just called and basically called me a liar that I was in correct, he then checked his paperwork; guess what I was right!!! Still no explanation as to why he didn't come during time frame it was promised. I have been waiting here all day and now have to do this on another day because of the initial wrong order. Never again....

Less then zero stars. Here is why! I am a Member of the Lowe's Military program! As A Retired USN Chief of over 20 years I expect professionalism from your sales team, and staff, not shameless, feckless excuses that cost more money from outside sources. So we take advantage of the sales for ranges, and microwaves. The problem is the sales woman Estela.Cervantes@ store.lowes.com lied to us repeatedly to just make a sale. We showed her pics of the space our range was going into she said that it was perfectly fine to replace the range exactly where it was going with our any mods! That was a balled face lie! All she wanted to do is make a sale didn't give a damn about the end result! So now we have to spend extra money getting what we bought installed! There is a major disconnect with sales team, delivery, and install! They don't talk to each other! They don't know the requirements of gas appliances according to SDGE. Then they hire delivery contractors who rude as possible when they come to your home making excuses why they cannot do simple hook ups causing the customers to spend more money they weren't told they would need to. Then they only have two Microwave installers for all of San Diego County! Seriously! What kind of nonsense is this telling Customers you have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get what you purchased installed after the sale is done. So not it will cost us $250.00 each to have both appliances installed after the fact. -0 for Lowe's in every department! This isn't the first time Lowe's has failed! From lack of trained staff, to not having complete sets of toys, to have some tools, but not everything! From extremely rude staff. I will be canceling my Military discount program account! Their minimal 10% isn't worth the cost of the disrespect, and rudeness having to deal with these losers. Especially on Veterans Day they totally go out of their way to dis up! Personally I have a feeling once the delivery hook up driver saw how Jewish we are he was put off to help us because his attitude, and mood changes. I have seen this before! It's the same old we any helping Jews attitude, and mood when these haters find out they have to work for Jews! Hell No I am not taking my review down. Don't like my review off! Treat your customers better, and with respect instead of shameless, feckless excuses.

Lowe's Home Improvement Nightmare. The medicine cabinet was delivered with broken glass. Returned it, and got another. Some parts missing along with installation instructions. Called customer service, transferred, transferred, and asked for parts to be delivered overnight. Said had to get the okay from her team. Line started breaking up and she was no longer there.

I ordered 3 products online and paid for shipping. They only delivered 2 of the products and wanted to charge me $79 to ship the 3rd product after the other 2 items were delivered. So, I need to drive 20 miles to go pick the item up. I asked them to refund me the $5.95 shipping charge out of principal and they refused. I will never use Lowes again, Home Depot here I come from now on! On top of this I couldn't get into my account, and my order number wouldn't show up on the "look up order status" portal. Lowes stinks in all aspects.
