Great concept. Amazing values. Fun to bid upon items. Filtering searches helps to avoid damaged items. Some original items values seem overly high on certain items, to which handling fees are based. However these additional charges are all avoidable by navigating carefully through each items descriptions. Would be great to offer a delivery service (at a cost of course). Easy pickup. Friendly assistance during pickup .

I was charged a $10 fee on a $5 purchase and then waited more than 20 minutes while the people “working” walked around talking to each other After waiting and waiting they brought something bigger than described and would not not give a refund for refusing the item

Pick up fairly quick and easy depends on the day or if you have an appointment. Staff are polite and friendly.

I don't think I will ever want to deal with Loveseat anymore. I paid over $1,500.00 on a coffee table which was described 'Appear New' and it was actually a damaged table. They didn't provide the photos of the damaged parts when they listed it and there is no way to see the real conditon when you place a bid. I refused it at the San Diego warehouse and send the photos of the damaged parts to the support team and requested a refund on this damaged table. I was told the request was under investigation. I sent another email to ask the status on my request and received the same answer. Finally I received an email today saying "Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund for LOT #731083, however, the item was resell on your behalf. This means that Items will be re-auctioned, and you will receive 50% of the proceeds once the customer who purchases the item/s pays their invoice in full. " I don't feel I was treated fairly. They told me that my request was under investigation and in the meantime they just put it in the auction and told me that I would only receive the 50% of the proceed. I was treated like a fool. I am so disappointed with the way they conduct their business. I am seeking an assitance from legal or consumer department. Any input is high appreciated! Be careful!

I love the easy viewing of items online, the email of won items with invoice numbers and the use of the QR code for adding you name to the wait list for pickup.

Specifically asked where the kegs to the console were and they said the CD y should be inside the console, but when we got home and unwrapped it they weren’t there. Had to drive all the way back just to find out that they didn’t have the legs, which was not disclosed in the suction. However they did offer 25% refund or the option to return it so that helped.
