We had the pleasure of speaking to the manager Amy and she was insanely helpful and informative. She was able to answer all of our questions off of the top of her head and was well versed in the construction, delivery, ordering process and accessories for their line of couches and furniture. We did not buy, but we plan to and will be going through Amy if at all possible. If you need information for this product and don't want to just check online and trust it, be sure to visit this store and ask for Amy.

While the Sactional didn't work for us, I highly recommend the LoveSac UTC store.
We worked with Amy. After putting the pieces together, we found the it just didn't fit in our space. We were a nervous about returning the sactional and wondered if LoveSac's 60-day unconditional return policy was true. We called Amy asked about the return policy. She started the process and took care ordering and arranging the delivery of new boxes for the return. The return process was easy (breaking down the pieces was the hardest part). Amy and the staff at store were so helpful throughout the purchase and return. If you're looking at LoveSac products, go the UTC store and give them a try.

Purchased a sactional here. Ever since it has been delivered the customer service reps have been unable to assist in adjusting my configuration. Repeatedly sending the incorrect pieces, not responding in a timely manner, all around extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and quality of product. Will likely not have my couch in its final state until well after the guarantee period at which point I will be stuck with whatever configuration they decide to leave me with at that point. BUYER BEWARE

Sales team was great. Only compitan I have is, I was told we would be notified when the sofa was ready to ship so we could make arrangements as I we still have the old sofas. That didn’t happen so now I’m double stacked in the garage.

Sure, they have super comfy furniture. Sure, they have a good warranty and you can wash the cushion covers. Sure, you can order parts individually if you lose one, or break one, or remodel. My only problem with lovesac furniture is this: If you didn't roll up in a Ferrari, you probably can't afford it! Who the hell can afford 10 grand for a couch? I could literally buy a new motorcycle for the same cost. I'm not sure as much engineering goes into their couches as a Yamaha sport bike... I'm probably just jealous. The guy in the store is super nice though. I forget his name. I wonder if he has any lovesac furniture at his house?

Zayn, Teresa, and Amy were so welcoming! We are a family with 2 littles so coming into a furniture store is always a little nerve racking. They assured us our kids were fine jumping on the couches, playing with the blocks, and tossing around the throws and throw pillows. They were so helpful helping us figure out what would work in our space, which fabric would hold up best with our kids and dog, and what accessories and storage solutions were available. Highly recommend this store due to the pleasant experience we had today. Thank you so much!

Absolutely Amazing experience. Me and my husband and kids were there several days ago and we were helped by Zaiyn. He’s an absolute amazing sales person.
