As soon as I walked in, the staff very kindly welcomed me asking if I needed assistance. They asked if I knew what style I wanted, I told them I wanted light pink and flared bottoms. They were very very understanding of my desire to have light pink, offered me scrubs left and right to try on. They were extremely patient and kind. One pair I wanted was a bit see through, so I ended up going with my second choice. But they were nice quality, and large variety of colors, style, pattern and even fit! They have scrub caps, pens, lab coats, shoes and even badges/pins. Very very cute one's might I add. I will definitely be coming back. Id recommend this scrub shop to anyone, and even posted to social media

I’m 4’10 so I have a hard time finding scrubs in the specific style that I like. However, Victoria helped me out the whole time and delivered exactly what I was looking for. She was sweet and patient considering I’m picky and short. They have petite sizes which is great but Victoria made it stress free and just a lovely experience overall. They do have a specific no return policy but you can try on the scrubs in store.

Big selection of scrubs for men and women. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the employees and offered assistance. I asked for a specific color of greys anatomy scrubs and I was shown every version they had. I tried them on and all worked out perfectly. I spent less than 15 minutes and the store and found exactly what I needed. Great overall experience!

I spent 200 dollars on a pair of Dansko shoes that hurt my feet. Brought them back less than a month later to get store credit to exchange for something else and was told that they wouldn’t do an exchange. I will never go back there again! Thanks for wasting my money!

We bought a lab coat from this store. Ordered it from their other location at the insistence of their management. We paid extra for embroidery and also sent over a number of other lab coats for embroidery here as well. Their embroidery work is sloppy and unevenly done. After spending time filling out their detailed ordering form and standing with the clerk who chalked specific lines onto our surgical coats---two of them were returned to us with a DIFFERENT FONT than the font we had specifically selected and noted on the work order. The wrong fonts were sloppily done----not centered and stitched in way too high above the area specified with our work order. Believe it or not. the staff of "Love Scrubs" tried to talk us into taking them anyway. They tried to convince us to just live with their sloppy job. They finally (quite grudgingly) agreed to have the work redone. Two weeks passed. We were notified the embroidery re-do was finished. Came in to the store: oh yes. they certainly were finished---they now had the correct font but were once again uncentered above the pocket in a sloppy manner and stitched in a full inch above the designated spot. Who does their embroidery? Someone struggling in need of rehab? Worse though----in their attempt at a "re-do" they had switched our my husband's slightly worn Medium sized jacket for a new Small sized jacket. A Woman's Small he will never be able to wear. When we pointed these facts out to their sales person she refused to send his jackets in to be corrected. She finally deferred to their manager who contacted their owner directly. Their owner refused to stand behind the poor workmanship of their embroidery staff. She don't only refused to have the work done right but she refused to do to other lab coats we'd bought from her that very day and had paid to have embroidered. If you read through the negative reviews of this store you will see the unethical game plan here: Love Scrubs routinely refuses to stand behind their work. They refuse returns of any of their products and post a small to this effect that they presume exonerates them from having any ethics. Even more ugly than all of this though: their manipulative owner, "Kelly", twists the words of every unhappy review to portray her shop as somehow being diabolically victimized by the reviewer. In the 40 years of my husband's medical practice Love Scrubs is the worst and the most unethical Scrub supplier we have dealt with.

It was my first time picking out scrubs. The young lady working there was very helpful. I'm so happy we decided to drive from Spring Valley to visit this store. Well worth it.

Today I had a great experience at this store. People were very friendly. I bought many scrubs and Lab coats. They even expedite the embroidery and when they knew i will be in LA leaving San Diego, they promised to facilitate things by sending them to the Orange County branch. Although the price was a bit expensive but all in all i was extremely satisfied,Prof I Aboul Foutouh
