Absolutely NOT!!!! I made an appointment to get my daughter a replacement pair of glasses, which she have gotten there before a while back.They told me that the wait will be four months out. So we waited 4 months and finally went to the appointment. I even called out of work and everything. Just to go to the stupid appt. I get all the way down there and They tell me that they aren't doing glasses anymore. They could have just told me that on the phone, completely ridiculous and a waste of time. I couldve already gotten her glasses somewhere else. So here we are now five months out and she still has broken glasses.This place is beyond ridiculous

Giving one star cause to give rating service sucks had appointment for 1230 wait and wait then tell me it's walk in qaistedmytime had to pay uber to get there from lakeside and pay to get back was a big waste of my time I don't recommend this office the dental staff have no knowledge of customer care

What is the point or objective of training patients when they already have an appointment?...they make third-party people go back and look for the line...disappointed.Well, this happens in the mornings before opening.

The Doctor & staff really polite and nice but the waiting time is horrible almost one hour, they have shortage of Doctors.So I believe they don’t have to be to greedy & hire mor Doctors please… better for business.

My sister went to urgent care; she was seen right away but after 30-40 minutes of waiting for the doctor to come give her the results of her test, the doctor never showed; we got a "nurse" come in and hands her paper work and basically shoved us out the room. Very unpleasant experience.

I've been a patient of family health centers for about 5 years. I've been to this location about 3 times. Two separate times for urgent care and once for the first covid shot. I won't review the covid shot experience as I feel like it was a unique experience and won't ever happen again due to the pandemic. But my urgent care experiences have been horrible.To sum up below, I wasn't listen to, I was shamed, told not to do things based on the doctor's feelings/not given any facts or scientific findings on the matter, the wait times are long, the nurses are rude, they keep you in the dark on procedures/time estimates/your rights, and they retaliate when possible. Overall, they need better training on how to treat people and especially how to avoid being biased and unprofessional. I wish I could give 0 stars.The first visit had long wait times and the doctor wouldn't do a physical exam despite the nurse asking if I wanted one and I said yes. When I did see the doctor he projected his awkward feelings about the subject onto me. He told me what I came there for was nothing to be ashamed of but told me to not participate in the same sexual activities in the future to avoid similar situations which later turned out not to be the cause of the issue.I should have known that first experience was a red flag but I went back a few years later after a car accident. This time the wait was short but I guess that was because my case was more urgent. They did an ekg but nothing was wrong. The doctor did a physical exam and said he couldn't find anything wrong and that I was probably ok but suggested an x-ray just to be safe. I was not given an estimated wait time or anything so I assumed that since an on-site x-ray was advertised that they had a machine on site. An hour went by and I hadn't heard anything. I went out and asked the nurses how long I'll have to wait as I've been waiting for an hour. They said they would call and check. I waited another 15 to 30 minutes for them to get back to me but they didn't. I went back out to ask if they talked to the x-ray staff. They were really rude and told me that I had to go back and wait. I let them know that I didn't have to do anything. This was when the doctor came by and their attitudes changed. He asked why it was taking so long and they had an answer for him - it turns out that they outsource to an x-ray facility and they come to the site to provide the x-ray with their equipment (if I had known that, I would have requested a referral and gone myself) and that it may be their lunch time so it would take a while so I had to go back to the room and wait. I again reiterated that I didn't have to go back and the doctor agreed that they can't force me to do anything but I had to sign an ama (against medical advice - he didnt explain what it was, i knew as i work in the behavioral health field) to leave. Little did I know that as retaliation, the doctor reported me to the dmv for a medical condition (that at the time wasn't confirmed but was a possible condition I MAY have had, but on the form, the date of diagnosis was that same day - funny because i spent 4 or 5 months by that time trying to get that diagnosis from my PCP at a different FHC so I can begin treatment but they werent given the results from a study to confirm it, but he can confirm it on the spot). This was an action that my pcp from a different fhc facility at the time didn't deem necessary as she didn't report me to the dmv prior to this visit while we waited for the results to confirm the diagnosis and my new pcp that I saw after the urgent care incident said was an excessive action as well as a specialist for the condition. It was also filled out right after I had left the urgent care (I received a copy from the DMV with the timestamp on the form). If it was actually of concern, it should have been filled out during the over 2 hours I was there waiting! Not after the nurses belittled and argued with me.

Heavy bias towards spanish speaking people. Will literally put you at the bottom of the queue for hours for no reason even if you should have been prioritized.However, the doctor and nurses were great

Logan Heights is a place I recommend steering clear of at all costs. I was there for nearly 2 hours for an injury and still had not been even so much as talked to by a nurse. They simply do not care about the patients and simply just want the insurance money. I will go out of my way to go to AFC in the future

Scheduled a telehealth appointment for 1:30pm to go over my labs. Called at 1:50 to tell them I haven't received a call from the Doctor and said he was running behind. Then I get a call at 2:15 to register me saying they just got a message that I had an appointment that the Doctor will be calling in 15 minutes. I said I won't be able to answer as my Lunch hour will be over and they said then it will be a missed appointment and I will get a call to reschedule. Tell me how I had an appointment for 130 and the Doctor wants to call at 240 when my lunch is over but they won't honor to call me after 3 when I have someone at work to cover me to answer the phone when the Doctor is the one running behind. My labs came back abnormal from Monday all I want is to speak to a Doctor for 5 minutes.352 still no call back keep getting transferred to different people

I went through regular patient window for a problem on my both ears and the front desk girl receive me very courteous and fast, but he told that they can't attend me because I didn't had appoitment, she suggest going to emergency room to second floor.I head it to a second floor and I went to the left window, the girl call me and I approached to the window, when I explain that I was there for my ears, she point me that I have to register in the other window.I make a line waiting for call in me for around 15 min.The girl never calling me she was in the phone.I desesperes and I left the clinic to looking another clinic.That's insane what this personal do in the clinic.No body complains and they don't act like trying to help cusyomers.They are joking and talking behind the front desk. And don't care if you come in with pain or other discomfort.Please, ask to a patients how they are treated, how they rate the service.Thank you for nothing......
