Very disappointed by L'Occitane USA ! Awful customer service !!!I have used these products for 25 years, buying them directly in stores in France, and I had always been satisfied until now.But, as I am not going back this year, I decided to try ordering here and I placed my first order, for almost $100. Not only my parcel took 16 days to arrive, when they tell you between 7 and 10 days, but there was not one sample in the package, when they promise you two samples with each order. When I called, then wrote an e-mail to tell them my disappointment, they just repeated "you had to request the samples, they are not sent automatically"... Sorry, but I did not see a line saying that and I think it's very petty and cheap not to send the samples with every order. In the stores in France, they always give you at least two samples, and sometimes three.I will never order from Loccitane again because of their awful customer service and pettiness.

If you desire a French Provence experience please go and visit L'occitane at the mall.Go ahead and ask for skincare advice from their beauty advisors, whom are always ready to help you with your skincare questions and recommend the appropriate product for your skin needs. I love their Immortelle face cream and oil as well as the Multi-award winning night time reset serum.The product is superb and the staff are equally awesome and knowledgeable.

That Almond oil !!! My skin lives for it.Love the Immortelle skin care line and nighttime Reset Serum. My skin has never looked or felt so good. Also free skin analysis at this location if you call and make and appointment.

I was at this store a month ago and customer service was absolutely trash. Both workers were very judgmental and rude to me and my family. The products may be good but with bad customer service I'll just order online.

I visited L'Occitane en Provence in the Oaks Mall Thousand Oaks. I went to collect my birthday gift and get my mini facial. Carmen is a great sales representative. She gave a wonderful mini facial and explanation of the new products and recommendations. I highly recommend Carmen.

I was greeted upon arrival and was told about some of the products. I love the smell of the almond oil and it lasted me years. I've also used their Verbena body lotion and also some hand lotions, which are nice. I wasn't planning to come here, but as I was walking by I decided to buy a birthday gift here. I ended up buying the almond oil and some hand lotion. The staff were so nice and helpful and told me about a $20 travel set (special offer for $45 purchase), so I got a little something for myself. I appreciate the nice wrapping for gifts and I also got $20 off for being added to their system.
