Great vibes in the store from all staff. Johnathan was great with helping me find my dream couch, very knowledgeable and patient (2days total). Keoni was quick to assist and check me out for purchase. I have to reserve a star because it was a SO and delivery is about a month away.

I've been here 6 months ado and didn't find anything to my liking. Went back this week amd found the perfect couch. Really easy transaction and dekivery was 2 days later. The delivery guys were awesome too.

Loved the people they were not pushing let us browse without bugging us and we're so helpful when trying out beds very knowledgeable and explained differences in language you can understand.couldnt be happier with experience.

Ashley was so sweet and patient. I’m use to going in there and not getting any help, she explained all the features on my couch for me and was transparent w me regarding the time frame. She answered all my questions and walked me over to check out. Will definitely return.

I really can't let people buy a mattress that doesn't have any warranty. I purchased a mattress set from them and on the sales receipt it says that mattress can not be returned or refunded once it's delivered. No warranty. I was thanked by the customer when I told her about the 10 year warranty at Jerome's...which it could be 20 year warranty.My chest has held up well that I bought but silly family members thought to take a running jump and land on the new living spaces mattress and the box spring broke. Hadn't even had it a week! No warranty! I just have to be honest!
