I'm glad their closing down. I checked the hours online and it said it closes at 6 Sunday I went at 5 and they were already closed........every time I stepped in there I felt discriminated and felt judged by those snobby workers. They had posted a big sale on there instagram page so I was like okay let me go check it out one last time... nothing but ripped up clothes not even worth a penny. Oh and if you wanted to ask a simple question they would give you nasty dirty looks.... poor customer service I guess that's what the whole brand is all about...

The two stars are purely for the clothes they sell because they are very unique in style and when they do go on sale it's amazing! The customer service was horrible though. You constantly feel like you're being judged the whole time. Very unwelcoming.

Terrible customer service There's 3 of them in the store and only one customer (me) and they ignored me and just stood around on their phones together changing the music constantly. Normally I don't care and lkke to be left alone in the store but they weren't even nice or willing to help me when I asked for a dressing room. Hire friendlier people. Also the store was a mess looked like a hurricane hit it. They could have been helping to make it neater instead of standing around. Clothes are cute but they used to have better stuff

I'm giving 3 stars because 2 of the 12 young blonde girls working acknowledged me at least. Yay for that! Actually I'm not sure if there were 12 or 5 but all were blonde and gathered in a group at the register. It was hard to really see what was going on or who was who or what was what in there, in fact I think I lost my senses in there. Which turned into a panic attack which then turned into my 1st ever mid-life crisis in there. Wasn't expecting that to happen. One minute your 38 years old having a nice day next minute you decide to go into A store like LF and you immediately come face to face that a "sale" makes you feel poor AF the loud blaring in your face music almost makes you feel like you need ear plugs, and the massiveness of the clothing make you wish you brought a shovel and two people to help. After realising I couldn't function in here I left. Really liked a jumpsuit on the way out closest to the door probably Bec it was actually on a hanger.

dear cashier girl, i know my boots were "only 58 dollars." and they were a f****** steal, brenda. shoes 10/10 customer service 0/10 and add more chairs so ppl can try on shoes. dear girl that was helping people w shoes, u the goat.

I've been shopping here at the sales for a few years now, the girls are all really sweet and helpful! I love the stores newer location in a bigger space with more dressing rooms. LF is a perfect location to find a range of super unique pieces to the basic essentials! Denim is super good quality too.

pricy and really messy. I understand that there's a sale going on but all the clothes were completely tangled and intertwined within each other. It was hard to pull out a piece of clothing. The staff wasn't profesional, just a bunch of teenage girls chit chatting and whispering as you walk in and move around the store.

Courtney is truly the most helpful saleswoman I have ever been helped by. From the moment I entered the store she was there ready to help. She selected me many items that she thought would work well for me and I ended up buying almost all of them!l thanks Courtney for all your help and consideration you are the reason I love LF!

Forever 21 will eat this place alive. It's an overpriced and cheaply made clothing you'd find, ironically, at 21. Good luck. They have no idea what business and mercantile means.

I went in with my fiancé the other day and right as I walked in one of the employees started flirting with him. The whole time we were in the store she did not stop flirting. He wasn't even engaging in conversation and she continued to pursue him. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I like the clothing but it's exremely over priced given the quality of the items. It's cute stuff, but very trendy and good for about one season. Very cute stuff. Most of the girls are very seeet and try to help you find flattering outfits
